Amazingly well appointed. They’ve thought of everything. We were able to check in early and check out late and there was easy to use bag storage as well. Our questions were always answered immediately and kindly through the app. The bed was comfortable (supportive and plush at the same time) and the air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the handwritten welcome note, suggestions on things to do, snacks and drinks that we could purchase (high quality), good shampoo/conditioner/body wash), and spaciousness. Location was perfect. Quick walk to most of the historical sights. 11 out of 10!

This hotel is a hidden gem! I love that we were able to bypass the whole "front desk" experience and just enter our room with a pin code. We had no issues getting into our room. The art, furniture, dishes, even the soap dispenser --everything was intentional and gorgeous to look at. It was like a hip little studio apartment in a vibrant part of the city with plenty around to do. The room included a full size fridge, stove, sink, and dishwasher. The shower was hot, the water pressure was perfect, and the robes were so comfortable. The linens were crisp and clean, and we slept great in the queen bed with AMAZING pillows and mattress. The price we paid for what we got was extremely reasonable. This is one of the coolest little hotels I've ever stayed in!

It was in a great, safe location walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants…even a music venue! The room was *very clean and decor was fun and modern. It was easy to access the secure space via your specific code. Staff were just a text away and gave amazing recommendations based on your preferences. That open communication helped us plan ahead as well as quickly address any questions we had once there. The personal note alongside the recommendation cards and voucher for a free treat at the cafe was a nice touch!

Paper towels in the kitchen area would be nice :) Not in the property’a control, but it was quite loud on the street late night. Appreciated the earplugs and note they provided!

everything was really good, completely comfortable, fantastic neighborhood. I was a little dubious of the high tech nature of staff interaction but the truth is that they were immediately responsive and helpful (via text) and we lacked for nothing

it was noisy in a weird way---not street noise but some kind of subsonic noise at night that was irritating. Thank you for providing earplugs which we needed! This is not your fault but it did distract slightly from what would otherwise have been a perfect stay. Closing the windows and using the earplugs fully rectified the problem. It's important to note that this was not continual--just for a discrete period in the middle of the night

Overall good visit. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. Everything was very clean from the hallways to the room. The staff communicated promptly with our check in details and to see if we needed anything for our stay. I loved the no onsite staff check in. We were able to just arrive enter our code and head to our room.

The only things I wish were better was the lock system on the room door. Each and every time we had to enter the code it took multiple times before the door would open. Some times we were there for several minutes trying to get in. The main door didn't give us any issues. Also, the tv was fixed to the wall. It would have been nice if it swiveled out to be able to watch it from the bed or a different angle within the room The elevator had a really strong unpleasant smell. Whatever fragrance they used in there was not to our liking and it was pretty intense.

We loved the ease of entering the hotel and our suite with the code provided! Right away, we were impressed with how immaculate our place was. The decor is stunning! Spacious, bright, all amenities were well thought out, down to the ear plugs next to the sign “in the city, old building”! Since we were in the city it was noisy at times outside but not enough to dissuade us from staying again. We will definitely return as our daughter lives just blocks away. I’ve already recommended it to others!

The design was wonderful. We loved it. The staff was extremely responsive by text and phone and very gracious. Everything was very well organized and thought through - including the thoughtful binder with info about the area, etc. Also I loved how spacious it was and that there was a kitchen with a fridge.

There was nothing that we didn't like, but my mom would have liked one more space to put her clothes away.

Great little apartment-like setup! Very comfortable room with lots of space. And they were so helpful when I needed to leave my luggage the next day. Staff was amazing!! Loved having a chat and getting recommendations :) They also have a drawer of things you may have left behind. Really saved me, my feet were killing me but I didn’t have anything to take with me, but they had Tylenol. And hand lotion! My hands got so dry while traveling.

This is was not so much a hotel, but rather a home away from home, with eclectic, non-intrusive, individualistic design that as a guest makes you feel like a human. Definitely a nice landing pad after a long flight and to come back to after a long day in meetings/conference. The generous space and minimalist and functional, but not spartan, decorations and amenities provided a sense of calm. The place was spotless. Bed extremely comfortable.

Not having a physical concierge was good and bad at the same time. Check-in was very quick, no waiting around as access was given ahead of time. Communication via text was quickly responded too if anything came up. The room was not made as promised, but it was a Sunday and maybe just fell through the crack. A text prompt the next day quickly addressed the issue. The area in which the hotel is located is lovely and full of live during the day, but not so nice at night and the entrance is in the side street and pretty dark. As the code pad is not illuminated it is not that easy to plug in the access code to the building in the middle of the night, so a little sketchy, but all went well.

convenient location, self check in/out. very cute spot conveniently located but tucked away next to headhouse square & tla. there is a safe & affordable parking garage located right next door. the room had everything we needed for our short stay & was modern with a had a good aesthetic. the mattress & pillows were comfortable. the location was very quiet & safe.

temperature was difficult to control.. our stay was in the winter months & we could not raise the temperature. due to the time we returned to our room, nobody was able to assist us until morning.
