The location is excellent. The apartment was quiet and comfortable and in the center of everything. Loved having a kitchen and coffee maker. We didn't think the apartment was noisy at all, but we appreciated the thoughtful touches like white nose machine and ear plugs. The apartment was above and beyond expectations. We would absolutely stay again Loved the shower!

The bedrooms are on a different floor from the bathroom, so that makes late night potty trips difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment only has one window - none in the bedrooms We had an issue with the combo washer/dryer refusing to open to release our clothes but we were able to have someone come help us right away.

The residence set up was wonderfully, the kitchen had everything we needed including a toaster! In the living room area, the couch and chair were spacious but not overly comfortable. The couch made sense, once I discovered it was a foldout couch. A nice surprise and sleeping option. But the matching chair may have been designed for a taller person. I am 5’4 and having to sit all the way back in it felt awkward. The leather chair looked comfortable and the work desk area was perfect for my husband who had to work on one of the days. The bed in the loft had a hard slightly raised section going down the right side of the bed so I slept on the edge of the bed after that to avoid it. It was spacious but they might want to check out that side. The bathroom was spacious and wonderful. The main floor bedroom where my parents slept was wonderful and we all enjoyed the washer/dryer.We also appreciated the extra towels they brought us.

The parking/valet situation. I had to find a nearby parking garage to park my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk Hybrid. The first night we parked it several blocks away and walked 7 minutes back to the ledger( at 11pm)…because we thought we had to take it to an oversized car garage. We moved it the next day to the parking garage right around the corner on Sanson with a 6 foot clearance and it was just fine. Also be careful of the elevator doors…it closed on my elderly father and I and will hit your body. It was only happened when we had to cross over to the other set of doors instead of the ones we were standing in front of. We moved quickly after that.Despite both of those things we would stay there again…knowledge is power.

Great value. Location was unbelievable and safe. Plenty of space. Loved the workout room. Fantastic to have washer and dryer and full kitchen in room. Thoughtful touch to have white noise machine and earplugs for city noise.

Cleaning details had dust and crumbs on family room rug and some other open spots that were missed. Someone had taken art off of wall. No bedstand lamps. So it came off a little stark. Streaming TV was left in Japanese - so couldn't log into our account. Would've liked towels and functioning water in workout room. Beds were small as doubles - would've loved at least one queen.

Room was modern and spacious. Location was central. Wawa in the building.

We had to sign a “No parties or Guests” clause as well as agreeing to serious quiet hours. Friday night a dog 3 rooms away was left unattended and barked for 3 hours straight. A party went on all night as well as a couple having sex from 3-5. We also recorded a conversation happening in the next room as if we were sitting right there. How? The acoustics in this place are awful; the sound travels everywhere! There are pipes and ducts so that you can hear whatever is going on in rooms above or adjacent to.

Incredible location and great amenities - couldn't believe we found this for a similar price as a hotel room in other parts of the city, and less than hotels in the historic district.

This is a really cool and beautifully furnished spot, but it is an old building turned into a sort of industrial finish, so with that comes some low hanging ventilation pipes (definitely have to duck in the loft if you're over 5'6") and hvac noise. That said, there is no beating the location, beauty, and uniqueness of this place. Would absolutely book again.

I had a "disabled room". Access to stove washer with built in dryer was great! as was dishwasher!. All in all would recommend. Loved area of Philly!

There could have been a bit more comfortable seating in the downstairs area as there was only the around the table hard chairs and the bed available. There was nothing for watching TV at night in a more comfortable area. Not enough electrical outlets if you wanted to work or access internet would have been helpful.

The staff at the reception was very efficient and welcoming. The room was spacious with high ceilings, over 4 meters above the bed. The room had big refrigerator with complementary water. It had also a nescafe machine and complimentary coffe . Super!

I got a lot of text messages before my arrival. I understand if some need to be sent but there were too many reminders.

Location is good, apartment cleanliness is good except of the bed and sheets that had food smell and had to buy Lysol disinfectant spray to eliminate odors on the bed at midnight hrs. Bed had some dark dots as well. Noisy early mornings from a nearby warehouse kept me awake from early mornings. HVAC system always cold even if adjusted to heat. Had to pay $250.00 as a security deposit as well,

New bed sheets and covers stamped by the date it was cleaned. Lysol disinfectant sprays. voice proof windows.

The property is in a secure location and close to site seeing places. The property is beautiful and kept clean. The one bedroom we stayed in had a view of a little grassy park and was surprisingly quiet. It came fully furnished.

The only things I didn’t care for were they don’t provide enough towels for 3 people and the washer dryer combo is not effective m, took hours to dry the two towels and I wash cloth they gave us. The couch was pretty stiff, look great to the eye but not comfy. The bed was on the second level and you should know the plumbing pipes are right there. I hit my head twice they are low hanging around the whole room and right next to the dresser. Every time the rooms above use water you can hear it running and into the pipes.

Location is fantastic for visiting Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Hop on hop off bus stop right out front. About a 15-25walk to City Hall and Franklin Institute. Downstairs is a huge lounge with pool table and several small meeting rooms for working remotely. Plus there is a kids playroom full of toys which my kids loved. Washer dryer in room with washing pods was a bonus! I also appreciated having a kettle.

My only issue was I found the bed linen scratchy and uncomfortable. There is noise from the street but it didn’t bother us.
