Overall experience was very, very good. Front staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel was pretty clean and updated. Turn down service every day. (we stayed for a long weekend) We did not use gym so not sure of equipment offered. We had breakfast it was very good- eggs, bacon, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, etc. Table service for coffee/tea. We also dined there for dinner. Was pricey when you order salmon or chicken at almost $40 a plate for either! but can order sandwich or burgers for about $20. There is a bar in the restaurant as well. Beds were ok for me, I prefer a firmer mattress, but husband and adult child had no issue. We had a Junior Suite, roomy for 3 of us, had 2 TV's; did not used sofa bed. They provide a live text feature on your phone for comments or questions. Used it for the TV's in our room. They're connected to a universal remote and they work simultaneously on both TVs unless you literally get up and turn your back to the other TV to change the channel on your TV. The location is very good, in Chinatown, close to Reading Market which has lots of variety of food to choose from. Restaurants though are slim if not a fan of Chinese food, in fact I found most of Philly food options for restaurants are slim for a city. Thankfully no obnoxious neighbors. Room was street facing, but not too noisy. There were shops around the area. Also hotel is close to one of the stops for Philly Phlash.
If I had to pick something I didnt like it would be the pricing of a meal upstairs in the restaurant. Almost $40 a plate for either chicken or salmon is a little pricey for me. Also the TV situation, was a weird. See above for explanation.

The location was amazing. We came for a conference and it was very convenient. The room was basic, there were worn areas, but nothing was dingy, dirty, or in need of repair. When we checked in, there was an exorbitant security hold (30%). We were traveling for a professional conference on our own dime and didn't know about the hold and were illl prepared to pay it. The desk clerk reduced the fee so that we were able to stay.
It's a long list...the price was very high, some of the linens were overly worn, for this price....there should be some sort of complimentary breakfast...at the very least coffee, none of the staff were overly friendly, it definitely felt like it was their job instead of a joy or privilege to serve the customers, the parking was convenient, but it was a public garage attached to the hotel that was expensive and not discounted for hotel patrons.

The room was clean. And most people were friendly.
They are the first hotel I’ve stayed which asked for luggage storage fee. Just keep you mind that you may need to pay extra (not tips) for the luggage storage. Although they would first claim that luggage storage is free, they would still say the charge would happen per bellman’s discretion. They don’t care about the inconsistency they hold for luggage storage. The “luggage storage fee” wasn’t crazy but they really need a transparent and consistent policy for luggage storage. It’s UNFAIR that you charge people randomly just based on one person’s mind.

Location, facilities, cleanliness of the room
The staff at check-in (Jennifer) was quite unwelcoming and discourteously rude. First she was on the phone e for a while. She said she would be with me in a second but that translated into several minutes. When she did start to attend to me, it came across more as burden to her than giving a service. There was just no need for how she behaved towards me. All I simply expected was professionalism, nothing more… Second,y, the cleaning staff seemed to want to hurry us out before the check-out time. She knocked quite brashly on the door to ask if we were checking out at 11 am. Apart from these two occasions, the staff at the front desk at check out was courteous.

The room was clean and comfortable (other than the AC being noisy, but that seems typical in US hotels). The location is great, and the price seemed reasonable.
They have problems with the organization of the breakfast. We often had to wait in line to get a table, even though several tables were empty (they hadn't been bussed yet). There are plenty of staff, but they don't seem organized. The hotel weirdly seems to be short on cutlery - on the first day, we were given plastic cutlery and plastic cups. Coming from Europe, it's shocking to see plastic being wasted in this way. One day we weren't seated for a while because they hadn't set the cutlery out yet (a staff member was drying/polishing them), and another day we were only given two sets (for four people), and I had to go ask a staff member to bring some. It's also totally unclear whether the breakfast coupons entitle you to only the buffet, or also to order eggs or pancakes.

Very good breakfast but was disappointed that the french toast was off the buffet menu for some of the days during our stay. We had never stayed in the city before so we were unfamilar with the layout in trlation to the Convention Center Entrances. The free breakfasst was part of our decision to select your hotel when looking at the options on booking.com. The front desk staff were efficient and very helpful when asking for local directions and restautant options. We asked for rooms near another couple who are longtime friends but live far away so we socalize at conventions. The staff arranged the rooms to our satisfaction.
The luggage cart was small and we had to use two (the ONLY two that were there!) to bring our luggage up to the room. We suggest you get at least two more full size carts. There is plenty of room for them off to the side in the lobby. The outside curb cut offset needs to be larger to accommodate multiple cars checking in at the same time. We both have limited physical mobility and it prooved to be an inconvenience to have to walk down the block and around the corner (in the freezing cold) to access the parked car.

We stayed here for PAX Unplugged and it was great. The convention center was a short 5-minute walk away. The staff was great, and the breakfast (if you get it included) was spectacular. It's a host-seated breakfast with servers and a buffet. The same area has a decent bar. The room itself was great. Plenty of room for our stuff, the king bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and HVAC functional and unobtrusive. Housekeeping ladies were fun and friendly. Ultimately, having a nice hotel always within a short walking distance throughout the event was super convenient.
The price. We paid well over a grand for our weekend stay, but I'd say not needing to take a ton of Ubers sorta made up for it. Parking is not included, but there's a public garage next door. The rate was $40/24h, so we paid $160 at the end of our stay, kinda negating the Uber savings lol. I'd say if you do stay here, try to do a park & ride where you park somewhere cheaper and just take 2 Ubers, at the start and end, to save some money.

There were a lot of security features in the hotel which made us feel so much safer in a strange city. The staff was great and the stay itself was comfortable and inviting. Tons of locations within walking distance to choose from for a variety of cuisines.
The parking situation would be the only off putting thing. No onsight parking even though the garage is literally connected to the hotel and you have to pay for every time you go in it during your stay. Would be helpful if it was a one time fee only for the entire duration of the stay for hotel customers.

The hotel was in the heart of Philadelphia and where we and our friends were meeting. I liked it's central location. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. The bed was very confortable.
For the price, at least free coffee could have been available for guests all the time. I think 8am is a little late for the breakfast to start in a tourist area. Also, the tub was so slippery we had to keep a towel on the bottom and worry about slipping as there was no where for us to buy a mat, which shouldn't have been our responsiblility.

The location is in perfect distance to the major museums and monuments and it's also right next to Reading Terminal Market. The room was nice and clean and it's great that they provided some water. The staff was nice and one of the housekeepers always asked us if we wanted our room cleaned every time she passed us by.
I wish the TV's were Smart TV's (wanted to watch some different Olympics highlights during my stay) and the bottom of the AC unit was dirty but most likely due to old age of the unit. The environment around the hotel is decent during the daytime but just be careful if you're alone at night outside the area.
