the gym devices were modern and new. beds were super comfy with the mattresses not too soft. the reception guy was so kind to offer us the parking for free as we agreed to register to the Mariott rewards program. location is convenient being close to the airport and around only 20 min from city center.

the setup of the breakfast items makes it extremely hard to reach food items easily especially when it is busy, as everything is placed in one corner and if other guests are lining up for the waffles for example, then the whole area is blocked, and one could not reach other items easily. there was no toast, only bagels and another very mediocre type of bread. although the gym was wonderful but one of the devices became unfunctional. we felt so lazy to report to management as it was our last day and we didn't have time to waste! no wardrobe with shelves in the room is a drawback but it is manageable and not too bad. the hangers' area was a bit too small to fit our jackets!

Clean, free parking, good breakfast.

Even though we had a reservation, they gave our room to someone else. When we arrived for check-in, the front desk person said we had already checked in and then asked for ID but wouldn’t say anything while he went up to the room and checked their ID. We got worried because while he’s trying to figure out what happened, someone called asking for room availability and he answered and said they were completely sold out. Fortunately, he was able to find us another room.

Loved it here! Staff was polite, professional and courteous at all times. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic! Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles as well as bagels, muffins and yogurt. Check in and out was fast and easy. They answered every question I had especially about Uber pickup and drop-off. In house honor system convenience store and 24 hour fitness room. Ruby Tuesday across the street and Wawa is a 10 minute walk.

Very nice room. Loved the wall length bathroom counter. Also loved the barn style shower door.

Our room faced the front of the hotel. The room didn't have room darkening curtains, so it was lit up when trying to sleep. Also, could hear the cars and what sounded to be a drag race. Breakfast was ok, instead of instant oatmeal bowls, kettle oatmeal would have been nice... especially with the great toppings that were out for the Greek yogurt. Oh, also would have been nice to have a microwave.

I accidentally locked my bathroom door shut from the inside in the middle of the night, and was very panicked because I couldn’t access my contact lenses (and of course none of us could use the bathroom!). Abraham at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful — he figured out a way to unlock the door from the outside in another vacant room, and then was able to discreetly fix our door without disturbing my travel companions’ sleep. I’m so grateful for his quick thinking and calm demeanor.

This is my 11th visit to Philadelphia since January, and I've stayed at many facilities. However, I've chosen Fairfield for my last three. It does not have all the bells and whistles as a lot of other hotels, but the staff there more than makes up for that. Every staff member that I was in contact with provided me with outstanding customer service, especially the front desk crew. The place is clean and very comfortable. I will continue to go back there because of their incredible customer service.

Although it was okay, they could do better with their breakfast selections. However, I'm reaching trying to come up with something to complain about.

Clean, great all over staff along with complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The biggest plus is the kind graciousness of the staff from the front desk (especially Diana! ⭐️) to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping, as well as their patience answering questions and providing transport suggestions to the city center. Complimentary Lyft to/from the airport is a plus.. Good Chobani yogurt and a Bigelow tea selection at the complimentary breakfast rather than that cheap and tasteless Lipton brand. Would I stay there again and recommend this location to others? Absolutely!

I wished the complimentary breakfast can be extended to 10am vs current 9am closing. I arrived close to 1am due to a very late flight arrival and would have liked sleeping a bit longer before the breakfast service ended

The room was clean and spacious—a great place to land after missing a flight. The location was great for quick access to the airport for our early morning flight. The front desk staff was friendly.

Would have been nice to provide a breakfast option for those who can't take advantage of the standard offering due to early flights. I've seen some other hotels offer a continental breakfast to go.

Everyone RAvED about the breakfast The gym looked good BuT only had one mat (which was being used) & one set of 10lb weights (which where being used) so that was a challenge & bummer Abraham at the front desk was helpful & had a big line of folks & handled it sweetly

The location was convenient to the airport, which is what we needed. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good when some of the serving containers were finally refilled.

When we went to breakfast, there were some standard food items that weren't available for a while, such as bacon and coffee (but then there was a teen sports team having breakfast at the same time, which probably explains it!). When I first put half and half in my coffee, it curdled, so had to throw it out and get more, only by then the coffee carafe was empty.
