Our day started with a very kind woman checking us in and taking special care of my mom who was using a walker. She went out of her way to help make our stay comfortable. The staff at breakfast were also very attentive. The room was exceptional with storage and lighting. I have to be honest, if it was not for her Fri and Sat I would have been very disapointed, but she was a true gem.

The bar was closed on a Friday and Sat night. The resturaunt was also not open.

Staff was very accomodating. for the various guests attending the wedding we were there for.

Breakfast was acceptable but not great. There was a problem with the water temperature in our first room. The water was extremely hot especially in the bathtub. We were moved to a different room the second day of our stay and the water temperature was fun.

The breakfast was very good. Better than any other hotel breakfast including made to order omelets. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom floor was dirty along the shower. There was definitely a black substance. I wasn't getting close enough to see if it was mold. Water pressure was terrible. The pressure was so bad you could not rinse off the soap or body wash.

Room was a good size with nice amenities: working desk, comfortable reading chair with tray, lots of room to put a suitcase for unpacking. Nice tub/shower. Very clean.

The air conditioning made a fair amount of noise when going on. One of the two elevators was out of commission so there was a longer-than-normal wait a few times.

Everything about this stay was excellent, but I have to say that Tyler and his staff stand out amongst any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff is incredibly personable, and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly, informed and supportive staff.

One of only 2 elevators were operating, and the healthy one had a damaged 3rd floor button, so one could not get directly to the 3rd floor: needing either to take the elevator to the 2nd or 3rd floor and use the Exit stairway to reach the 3rd, use only the stairs.

I liked the beds and ac units

The fact that you have to pay $13 for a pretty bad breakfast. And also the fact that the bathroom doors don't close all the way and can't get locked.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

With just one of two elevators working made things very inconvenient during a couple of trips to our room, during one occurrence we had to walk to our room on the third floor from the garage with two small children at 10:00 pm after waiting for over 15 minutes for the only working elevator.

all plastic and paper cups. cutlery not very clean but would love to have real glasses and good strong coffee in the morning. even in room no real glasses

The property was the same but improvements have been made.

Our room was located by the ice machine. That door would slam shut every once and awhile.
