The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The beautiful woman at the front desk and gentleman accommodated me with the help I needed. I unfortunately forgot to return a charger and I deeply apologize. I appreciated the staff

I believe I asked for a room with a tub and I didn’t receive that.The pipes under the toilet were making a loud sound all night as if the toilet was consistently being flushed and it didn’t stop

Marriott Philadelphia West is great for people doing business.

Marriott Philadelphia West could update their accounting internal controls. I booked the room through Booking.com and I was charged twice - at the platform and at the hotel. Also, please ask for a printed version of your folio (bill). It is extremely hard to get a copy over countless e-mails later on. They promise to send a copy of your bill, but it never arrives. Also, do not use the laundry services. They staple tags to your clothing and stain many pieces.

Right next to ASTM headquarters, making it a premier spot to stay for their conferences. My room's shower had only cold water coming out, but after reporting that I was upgraded to a bigger room and given free breakfast, which was an excellent response.

A very minor thing, but breakfast had less variety than similar range hotels in Europe. Still very tasty, though!

The location was close to our conference. The township over the bridge is a 5 min walk. The walking tracks along the river were scenic, safe and a great way to see Conshocken.

The prices of beverages at the bar were $$$ steep. Got around this by visiting the bar over the bridge.

Pool and lounge area was really nice. hotel was beautiful and the room was as well. also the tv has Netflix and all the other apps.

Legends which is the restaurant in the hotel. the food was horrible, we waited for fries and they came out hard and old. boneless chicken was more like popcorn chicken small bite size pieces of gross-ness.

front desk staff was not great. when I checked in there were 3 people at the desk but only 1 was taking customers. i sent something to be printed and instead of printing it in advance they waited till I checked out to print it.

The experience was so amazing! The lady at the front desk was great, the breakfast buffet was so good! Not to mention the staff in the restaurant was incredible! The pool was heated my granddaughters loved that and while they were playing in the pool I relaxed in the hot tub.....this is my new favorite hotel! Book now you won’t regret it

I loved the pool and hot tub it was amazing and quiet. The restaurant inside the hotel was also great and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back.

The location was close to where my daughter is at in Bryn Mawr....
