I really liked the location of the hotel. It was easy to find a parking spot, I had no issues with that, and the access to the front desk was also smooth. I just noticed there were a lot of cigarette butts at the entrance, probably because smoking is allowed outside. It would be nice if there were a designated smoking area a bit further from the entrance to keep the area cleaner and more pleasant. About the room the bathroom door handle was a bit loose and came off when I opened it which surprised me. Other than that the room was comfortable for two nights. The air conditioning worked very well the TV was simple but met expectations and there was a microwave and a fridge. I just missed having basic kitchen utensils since there was a cooktop but I didn’t use it because of that. The room had a strong cleaning product smell at first but it got better after a while. In the hallway we noticed a strong smell of cigarette or something similar which was a bit unpleasant. The hotel says smoking is not allowed inside so maybe they could pay more attention to this issue on the fourth floor. The breakfast is simple there are no fruits or eggs but considering the price of the stay it’s already a bonus that it is included. So if you’re planning to stay here I recommend not setting high expectations for breakfast. Overall I recommend the hotel. Great value for the price.

Room was a suite and very large...very clean. Location was great - near shopping area and easy on/ off PA Turnpike.

Friends that accompanied us - who had their own reservation through Booking.com - were told that the credit card was declined upon check in. Explained pre-paid through Booking.com...front desk staff said no, room not charged and credit card needed to be presented and charged. Upon returning home...they had been doubled charged. Working on getting resolved.

It’s convenience to the location I needed

I am highly sensitive to cleaning product smells… And whatever they use to prep the room is pretty overbearing… It took 48 hours for it to clear enough for me… But that’s on me… You have to do things by law. Then, while fairly quiet — there was an incident on my floor that required the police’s arrival… I’ve never experienced that in a hotel/motel before. It was resolved quickly, but it was disturbing.

The staff were amazing. The room was clean and big. I loved the full sized fridge/freezer. The parking was great too.

They didn't have any pots and pans so I couldn't use the kitchen properly. Google maps made it a little hard to find so maybe a sign on the road showing how to get to the hotel might be helpful.

I had no issues with the staff .it was a difficult and different check in I wasn’t paying they accommodated my sister ion well .And wis going to refund one day for a mistake they made !

I could do with out a tub but I’m sure if I would have axle they would have made arrangements for a walk in shower !! But didn’t want to change rooms !

As EV vehicles have become more expanded in the US, many hotels have accepted this and stepped up with their hotel parking now having available charging stations, and/or electric service to permit guest charging of their EV autos. The ES hotel in Plymouth Meeting PA. did not have charging or electric service available for self-charging of EV autos.

They have very clean and nice suites. It's nice to have the ability to cook a nice meal instead of fast food or going out every night. They even provide pots, pans and all the kitchen items you may need including plates and utensils.

your description of breakfast included was kind of misleading, it should read "breakfast bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee included", because it is anything but a real breakfast, not even dry cereal and milk, or bananas( the cheapes fruit you can get).

Bed comfy, good size room, location where we needed it, easy check-in / check-out. Nice room temp comfort with this nasty cold weather. Looked clean throughout.

Advertised breakfast included --- you shouldn't advertise breakfast --- it's not; coffee & lite commercially packaged snack at best. (that's not breakfast in any way, shape, or form) No ice, unless we made it in the fridge freezer. Tub/shower needs revamped, in need of update. Wish we would've had more plastic glasses in roomn not just BR.
