It is in a great location, just a short drive from all the fun! The breakfast was good, had a lot of options and staff quickly refilled stations and kept everhthing clean. The bartender at night was very nice and made delicious cocktails. The pool was very enjoyable and kept up nicely. Housekeepers and front desk were helpful and friendly. Outside the hotel the property was maintained very well.

The cleanliness could have been a little better. Entering our room and checking things out there was some soap residue in the shower soap holder and the side of the tub from previous guest. The floors in hallways and elevator were not cleaned very often during our 5 day stay.

The rooms were very spacious, TV in every room and it was a very peaceful area. Outside was beautifully landscaped and the outside water spout that was lit in color was a nice touch. Loved the green when the Eagles beat the Packers! :) Thank you for upgrading my mom and I to a 2 bedroom suite due to her disability. She loved it! The breakfast was better here than at some of the other places. There was a really nice spread!

Someone had left used silverware in the drawer, meaning ate off of the forks and spoon and didn't bother to wash them. I washed them.Also didn't care for the tiny bugs on the bed covers, bathroom floor and nightstand- I killed 6 during my 2 night stay there. They were NOT bed bugs, but nevertheless..bugs. Where there are babies, the bug parents aren't far behind. Need to step up pest control.

We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment which was very practical. The reception employees were very nice and helpful providing us with extra towels, help with the guest laundry and information when required. The check-in was very efficient, and they had all the information about the breakfast and the facilities like gym, pool and guest laundry. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of items like eggs, sausages, bagels, oatmeal etc. We sometimes heard other guests when we were in the kitchen or living room of the apartment but never when in the bedrooms with the doors closed. The hotel is in a nice area, very close to shopping and restaurants and the highway.

The room itself was comfortable but a bit run down. The toilet in one of the bathrooms made a loud noise when it was filling up and the walk-in shower did not have space to put soap or shampoo (the corner wire shelf was missing some wires which meant that everything fell down.) If the dishwasher door was closed, then the cutlery drawer was blocked and could not open! So a few issues with the room itself but overall we had a very nice stay.

I liked that the staff at the front desk were responsive when I called from my room. I also liked the hot breakfast and eating off of real plates with real silverware. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in the perfect location for visiting my family in the area.

There were some guests yelling down the hallway late at night, but after I called the front desk the noise stopped. I know that noisy guests are present at any hotel, but I appreciated the quick response from staff.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean, very comfortable extended stay style rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Two very large televisions. Sitting area, kitchen area, bedroom area, and gorgeous bath area. Quiet and extremely clean. Excellent location. Unbeatable free hot breakfast with multiple choices. 24-hour coffee and front desk staff. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend it and will be staying there again.

Cleanliness was outstanding. Beautiful shower in the master. Bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was impeccable.

The receptionist had us walk the entire property to get to our room, which happened to be the furthest of them all. She could have told us to park around back when we then would have been the first room we came upon or we could’ve been told that we could cut through the kitchen area and our room would’ve been right there. Instead we had to lug all of our bags on a wild goose chase. Also our microwave did not work in our room but they did allow us to use the one in the breakfast area.

I loved how the rooms were spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Room service was super prompt after I phoned the front lobby! The free breakfast was very good with plenty of healthy options! I felt very happy about the pool with pool towels stocked nearby; you don't need to go to the front desk for them! I feel they clean it daily as I saw an associate clean it an hour before it was opened! Overall, I feel that the people that work there are so nice and friendly, and the people who stay there are super nice and friendly, meaning they are happy too with their stay! I definitely would recommend this hotel and will be back again, top notch! I rested very happy and content, especially with bringing my children including crawling/walking infant! Omg, and one more thing! When we checked out, the older man at the front desk was sooooooo friendly. He made my day with his chipper personality!!!

Very clean and very comfortable. Staff is professional and warm. Very kind and helpful. Location is perfect for our family visits. The bathroom is fabulous. Great shower. We loved the shower. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was meh. Disposable trays to help carry more than two cups of coffee back to our room would have been nice. Another trash receptacle in the bathroom would have been nice. Otherwise stay was perfect

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. Very comfortable beds and the shower was great. The staff was especially warm, welcoming and professional. Outdoor seating area was very comfortable -- there was even a fire pit.

The breakfast could be better. That would be the only negative thing about our stay. But it was free so can't complain really since everything else was great.

I came to stay the night for my daughters 7th bday with 4 of her friends my other daughter and my mother and the two bedroom king was more than spacious and comfortable for all of us! The breakfast Buffett was amazing the amenities were wonderful and clean! The staff was awesome just an overall wonderful and clean can’t wait to come back!
