The rooms were clean Nate and also when we came down for breakfast Sunday morning, they were cleaning up the whole downstairs and I could see when I was going back up on the fifth floor. Our room is located at. They were changing the sheets clean the floor is back very clean

There was a restaurant next-door, but I had to close two months before maybe you should buy and open up your own restaurant and then borrow some people won’t go around nowhere else to stay there and spend money at the probably would be another extra luxury that that that hotel would have that spot From the shopping mall

The breakfast was absolutely superb. It was fresh, clean and multiple options. Really impressed with the kitchen/breakfast staff. Best experience for a continental breakfast that was received in over a decade. Hallways and rooms clean with no off odors.

This is a hard one since it was a pleasure stay that exceeded expectations. Curb appeal/outside trash dumpster area could be better maintained... also noticed how clean and well maintained the elevators were that was easy to see building material and dirt in the lower left corners of elevator door openings at the close position.

Wonderful amenities -from soaps& shampoos, dryer, ironing board,coffee, microwave &fridge. Clean& comfortable room &king bed. Heat &AC worked beautifully. Room 533 was perfect - way down at the end of the hall away from the elevator and on the top floor with no-one above us. Free breakfast & coffee in lobby...great value for what I paid.&the ruby Tuesday in walking distance was very convenient.

The elevator was a bit old...water pressure was ok, bathroom lights a bit dim.

All of the staff here are so kind. One day during my stay I was sick and they were kind enough to bring up ice and drinks for me, no questions asked. I’m in the middle of a flooded apartment situation, and the woman at the front desk when I checked in saw me Crying and was so sweet to me. Staff is great

Candy bed. Nice tv, frig, coffeemaker and microwave. Breakfast was good and dining area was excellent.

Hmm elevator was kind of dirty, scratched on wall. A barking dog (sounded like a small dog) in another room. Constant barking. Finally had to put a pillow over my head to fall asleep about 10:30pm.

It was a comfortable stay. I booked 4 rooms for out-of-town guests for a celebration. The location was convenient and had ample parking. Breakfast was good, very clean area.

The person at the front desk when checking in and the following morning needs some assistance with customer service. For example, we asked for towels, on the second day of our stay and she never made eye contact, never said a word, got up, went and got the towels, handed them to my husband, and still never said anything. The room was a bit small, with no dresser drawers just steel baskets. Also, no real closet, just some hook bars attached to the wall near the window with a curtain. I wouldn't recommend more than a 2-night stay.

I was just there for one night - I spent very little time at the hotel. But the room was clean, there was plenty of parking and the parking lot was well-lit, the front desk attendant was friendly and professional and the coffee was good.

I have stayed there before. It is exactly what I expect from a Hampton Inn. It is not a luxury hotel, but the price /value is excellent, Hotel was very clean. When I got a connecting room- something I clearly specified I would not take- my room was changed immediately by the desk staff. The breakfast is plentiful and the breakfast area was extremely clean.

Ok- so the lobby is really not very attractive but not a big deal to me

Personnel were nice & helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Had a king room w/sofa bed and made reservations for 2 adults and a child. There were only towels for 2 and no linen or pillows for sofa bed. was remedied very quickly by responsive staff.

Location is great for me. I’ve stayed here numerous times and continue to come. It is a busy hotel hosting university athletic teams so it can be noisy in the lobby in a good way. Kudos to Mike Smith for all his help

The building needs some makeover attention to warrant the price. Fix the ice machines and clean the elevators, please
