The room was very clean.

Upon my arrival, the staff wasn't available at the front desk, nor during check-out. I had to wait for someone to come. I am the Human Resources Director of a health care facility and was visiting to see if this facility would be a good resource for us when we have outside guests. I lost money in the vending machine in my attempt to get a bottle of water. The housekeeper Nicole (I believe that's her name); was very helpful as she tried to offer me one of her waters after being told that I couldn't get reimbursed unless I called the number listed on the machine. This did not sit well with me as it was very hot, and I was dehydrated in the excessive heat. The housekeeper was more professional than any of the staff that I encountered.

I was in king suite and I like two chairs and 24hr front desk I wish the showers had pull down shower head and burner only one worked but I love how most of the staff are friendly and I don’t feel like I’m wrong for asking anything

breakfast was very poor. only a few muffins and granola bars. only hot item was instant oatmeal. Only coffee avail and no cold drinks, milk, juice etc

Good location, but off the main road, so quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff member at the desk wasn't very nice at check-in/check-out, but not enough to deter me from staying there again if needed.

Staff attitude.

The front desk staff was the best ever I had a long conversation with the guy and totally enjoyed every minute of it he was a help when I was having trouble.

There was nothing wrong during this stay at all I had a comfortable stay and was very welcomed by the man qt the front desk.

The scenery, the peace and peaceful rest.

The fact that all of the drains was clogged up! Couldn't even wash my face and brush my teeth, without the sink filling up as soon as I turn it on!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Light switch in bathroom was on timer only. Very annoying to have it turn off when you are showering, etc.

It was clean and close to everything.

The laundry was too expensive and the staff although nice never at the front desk. I also like that house keeping us not done daily.

I liked that the rooms had wooden floors and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like the hard water stains on the shower doors.
