I especially appreciated- Large rooms, in general, rooms we reserved smelled clean upon entering -air conditioning/heating worked well- sheets and pillow cases were fresh and clean-and easy access parking - staff were accommodating and friendly -

Elevator needs to be updated-requires ongoing repairs- often only one elevator functioned properly at a time - also one of the three rooms we reserved had a musty smell in the bathroom that seemed to be coming from the vent in the bathroom

Friendly check in. Always greeted by the staff. Swimming pool was refreshing. Breakfast had multiple options to fit anyone’s diet. Renovations going on and very little noise from this. Very clean no bugs!

Some spots in our room showed that maintenance was in process still. Such as loose bathroom handle and some paint spots from repairs.

The location was optimal for our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Troy at the bar was especially helpful. I would come back here to stay just because of the staff.

The carpet in the rooms is a bit worn, but nothing too horrible.

It was easy to navigate, and even after my dad had his surgery done, it was still easy enough for him to find his way back to our room

Noisy people in the hall on our second night. Not the fault of the faculty, just guests who couldn’t keep their voices down

Location was perfect. Breakfast had everything one wants. Very good Pinot Grigio from the bar.

Only one elevator was working but it was a real workhorse. Need 2 elevators though for peak times.

I requested a rollaway bed for a 3rd adult. The facility said they couldn’t provide it. My son had to sleep on the floor. Also was led to believe that breakfast was provided for free. It costs $16 per person. We traveled off site to get it.

Good service. Good breakfast buffet. Comfy beds. Clean updated rooms.

Carpet in our 6th floor room was wet near air conditioning/heating unit. We were only staying one night so was OK. We did mention it to hotel staff upon check out.

Location was good. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was very good.

Construction material in the hallway outside of the elevators. The parking lot was just about filled.

The hotel is new fresh modern and clean. Ebony was very kind and helpful. Nae is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a nice time at the bar. The food was fresh and very good.

The pool wasn't heated!!!!

I didn't want to be in the city. This was perfect for what I wanted. Ease of checking in and out was a plus also.

Restaurants were not plentiful near the hotel.
