right off the highway, very clean and well appointed room with comfy bed, microwave and refrigerator, soft towels and room darkening shades. very quiet- I’m a light sleeper and got a great night’s sleep. There was ample parking.

no restaurant in hotel or walking distance. ADDED: After I was home and wrote this review, I realized I left something in the room. I have called repeatedly and been unable to speak with someone about this lost item. The phone either rings and rings, or someone answers and quickly puts me on hold, then after a long wait, the phone eventually disconnects. This is SUPER frustrating.

The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and firm; very well rested during my stay at Hampton Inn-Philadelphia. If I could ask-what manufacturer supplies your beds?

The bathroom: shower in my accommodations was rather tight; not able to easily turn [360] while washing. In addition the shower-head is high and stationary [doesn’t move]. I think my shower experience would’ve been better had the shower-head been detachable. Also the toilet sits very low to the floor.

Everything was great. It was located right off the highway, which was very convenient and close to a couple of restaurants. Hotel area was pretty quiet and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The bathroom looked a little run down, there are cracks or peeling of the ceiling above and below the shower. And then I saw a huge brown stain on the ceiling by the sink. Those were the only 2 issues I had.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, welcome bag with two waters and Oreos, good breakfast better than others with eggs, juice, selfmade waffles, home fries, sausage , coffee tea. The price considering breakfast included is more than a fair price for a room on a Friday night. Refrigerator, microwave, tea coffee in room. Shower water was hot. Really no complaints. The gentleman at the front desk was professional. Would definitely stay again. Joe

The cleanness and staff were amazing.

There were no restaurants or shopping within walking distance. I had to use an Uber everywhere I went. Because. Of the reason I was there, there was a lot of down time. This may sound like an exaggeration, but it isn't. I spent over $500.00 on Uber. I would have preferred having at restaurant/pub within walking distance. This is no n fault if the hotel.

Very clean property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic every morning! There are a lot of parking spots and carts for your items. The room was a good size. It is conveniently located to a lot of shopping and restaurants, as well as major highways. I like the little store by the front desk where you can get food and drink items. The coffee center is open 24/7. There's a popcorn machine in the lobby that is open Monday through Friday. The breakfast area is so cute and everything is labeled properly. There are a lot of seats for guests to eat breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. . There is an awning that is covered to check in so if it's raining you don't get wet. They let me combine my separate bookings for Friday and Saturday so I didn't have to change rooms. They offer many bathroom amenities.

I read this prior to going, but you have to get all the way in the shower to turn it on. This can cause you to get very cold or very hot which is dangerous in some situations. They should make the other glass door a sliding one to prevent this. The amount of television channels could be better.

The location was fantastic. The facilities were clean and modern. Our room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and we loved the shower! The breakfast was decent and the area was comfortable and clean. We were able to purchase snacks and drinks right at the front desk. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

The strong disinfecting smell in common hallways. I understand you allow pets and get it but as someone with a lot of allergies this was overwhelming for me. Maybe you could keep some floor last pet free to avoid this smell

The breakfast area and the food was one of the best I have ever been to in a hotel. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Location was nice with plenty of parking.

The water for the showers gets insanely hot and with how the doors are there is no way to escape from under it so be sure to try to adjust from outside the best you can (it's a far reach). The train woke us up a few times throughout the night, surprisingly louder then what I thought it'd be but wasn't enough for us to have a bad experience.

The staff was some of the best I've encountered any place! Adin went above and beyond to grant our request to keep our rooms close to the elevator and close together. He called housekeeping to find the best rooms that accommodated our needs. He was so welcoming and professional, and Hilton has a real asset in him. Quay was on the desk in the evening, and we had a family gathering in the lobby. She was super sweet and kept up with the crowd of guests checking in all evening long. Breakfast was very good. Often, I don't partake in complimentary breakfasts but did due to the freshness and cleanliness of the items presented. Great job!
