We had an unpleasant experience with booking.com and this place. We tried to check in after midnight and this location kept saying booking never sent the confirmation...called booking and booking spoke with this location and it wasn't resolved until 3 hours later. We sat in the parking lot for 3 hours waiting. We were promised refunds, different room accommodations, and a late checkout as it was 3 in the morning at this point and didn't receive anything in the end but what we booked. Disappointing in the end. I feel like we should've been allowed late checkout at the very least...but our room was acceptable and what we booked.

The coffee which was served at breakfast time was just perfect. Breakfast was good though we had to wait for them to serve hot appetizers. Still it was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Our room was really big. We had 2 double beds.

The whole hotel was humid. Only unpleasant thing about the hotel is either their filters or their air conditioning system. Although the weather was so hot and inside of the hotel was cold, our room is extremely humid. We still don't know but the humidity was so much that our towels never got dry.

The breakfast was good. The AC worked great!

When I sat on the bed, it almost went to the floor. The toilet was very low, and I could only hold onto the side of the tub to get up. I had asked the desk person if I would be charged a cancelation fee if I left earlier than I had originally been booked. She said no. I left early and was charged an early departure fee. To me, that's one and the same. Had I known I would be charged a fee, I would've stayed the other 2 days.

Breakfast was great. So glad this time we didn't smell Marijuana inside the building as we did on first level near the elevators in previous visits. That is why we went elsewhere. At least some was outside the building this time.

I do get annoyed when someone lights up a cigarette in a room above or near us. I have serious lung issues and it is hard to breathe even though the smell is not too heavy.

The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The temperature was easy to maintain at a comfortable level. The shower was good and plentiful. The service in the breakfast room was friendly and accommodating. The front desk clerk responded promptly when the TV in our original room didn't work.

There were no scrambled eggs after the first day, and bagels were in short supply - we never got there in time for them. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the lampshade on the desk was damaged badly. The worst problem was that I thought that I was reserving our accommodations at the same place we stayed last summer. I expected to find a kitchen with dishes, eating utensils, etc. I made a mistake. Next time, I'll make sure that I reserve a room at the Marriott Residence Hotel, which is where we stayed for over a week last summer. It's not your fault.

Comfortable bed, good shower, and it was quiet. I saw many bad reviews before I booked, but I was in a quick need for a hotel room for 3 nights for me, my wife, and 2 older kids. It was 8 pm and so I booked. Either they fixed the problems of previous negative reviews, or I got lucky. Either way, it was a good 3 night stay.

Fire alarm went off around 1 A.M. Fortunately, . it was a false alarm.

Very good breakfast. Room was good for our needs and the bed was comfortable.

The first few days we could smell the urine odor of a pet from the former tenant, but it dissipated. We were too tired (and old) to change rooms.

Very nice, clean, spacious room. Top notch breakfast. Close to our key interests at Morris Arboretum and the Azalea Garden beside the museum of arts.

Not anything to fault the hotel for, but there was a very noisy family in the room next door that was somewhat annoying.

There was a pet fee that was not explained at check in and after I paid (booked initially through a traveling agency) the pet fee was double the hotel bill

BREAKFAST was great. and our room was very big. We had too many luggage yet we were able to fit and still have a free space in the room. Beds were very comfortable.

Maybe the room service. There was no thrash bags in the rooms. Only buckets for thrash. It's not hygienic.
