The gentleman that greeted me upon arrival was a little unique. Had on some round mirrored dark reflective, sunglasses, but perhaps he was having some sort of eye pain issue or something? I was a little intrigued by that, but he was courteous and helpful and everything went great upon check-in. Beyond that the room was perfectly clean. Towels and supplies were great air blue nice and cold. I slept wonderfully, which is not always the case in a travel hotel room. The breakfast the following morning was excellent, and the attendant was very good at his job. He made sure everything stayed full and was constantly wiping down countertops and tables. He never stopped working during my whole breakfast, which was impressive! Check out was quick and easy and I enjoyed several cups of coffee throughout my day and night, which were complementary and that was also really nice.

Overall nothing to complain about. Coming off of the roadway there really wasn’t very good signage, but that may be a city rule. I had to switch GPS in order to land in the correct parking lot.

Our room we were given was at the end of the hall so that there was limited noise. The breakfast was smaller then some, but it was efficient enough and was kept well supplied while we were there!

The room had some wear and tear like torn wallpaper, unfinished baseboards. Also, the television options were certainly limited.

A regular hotel breakfast menu, a mix of Continental and American food. Good food! Very convenient location, very accessible to everything we want to go visit. The room is clean!

In the description of the sleeping bed in the room was misleading, it was actually a loveseat. We’re hoping it was a foldable sofa bed.

The location was very nice and just far enough off the beaten path for privacy. Adam, who was working at the front desk when I checked in was extremely accommodating and enjoyable to deal with!

NOTHING. We even came back after a surprise retirement/birthday party and sat in the lobby area to visit. No one bothered us, asked us to leave, etc. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. WiFi easy to access and had a strong connection.

Kat at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The rooms are good sized, comfortable and clean.

The room doors have a gap between the bottom and the floor which lets in light and noise during the night.

The location was excellent, very close to the event I was attending. The room was very clean and comfortable and no bedbugs.

There was alot grab bars in the bathroom but no towel bars. There wasn't much space to hang clothes in either.

First time cleaning people cleaned our room they took all the dirty towels and didn’t replenish with new ones. Had to call front desk for them to supply them.

The facilities were clean and comfortable; the only issue for me is that the bed was a little too firm. The staff were friendly and accommodating, bringing extra pillows to our room upon request. The complimentary breakfast leaves more to be desired; the food tasted over-processed and tasteless. There is a waffle maker so we did have something to eat.

Door let too much light in from the hallway. Door was about 2” from the floor. Needs towel rack in bathroom.

The place is just greatly located. For what are we getting entailed? It was absolutely gorgeously decorated for the holidays. Clean friendly I can't say enough good about this place.
