Location was great,the breakfast was superb,the young lady that made omelettes was great,and moms that helped make sure that the tables were cleared and helped us with any questions we might have at the dinning area was great as well.The hotel itself is very majestic and beautiful inside.The pool look nice as well but we didn't get a chance to go swimming 😔.Staff was helpful as well,and service was great.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable,and the gym very small didn't have a cable machine or free weights.

Check in was quick despite there being a large group in attendance. The room did have a minor issue and was switched to another room immediately. This room was even better because it was in a back hall away from the overlooking lobby where there was a lot of noise due to the group event there. The front desk clerk selected that particular room for that reason. Now that's customer service 👌

There was nothing I didn't like except I only had one night to stay n would have liked to stay longer to make use of the facilities/amenities.

pool was closed on 1st nite there, so wasn't a happy camper bc we flew from Colorado and could've styed elsewhere that had an great pool. Overall is was a good stay. they fixed the pool the next day, so my grands got to enjoy it

the pool ! don't see why if the pool closes every night at 8pm, then why maintenance couldn't fix the pool from 8pm to 8 am, when no body was in the pool. Need it to make sense

All of the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and the rooms are clean.

but I was told that the water would be turned off for a few hours during the day and that definitely was annoying and in the way but we made through. Also the toilet handle just stopped flushing in both of our rooms so I had to lift the top of the toilet. I called down the day of checkout become it was so late at night but they just say alright. Anyways I enjoyed my stay other than the few annoyances.

The cleanliness of the room and the quietness of the hotel.

The having to pay for parking spaces close to the hotel. When I first arrived, I was able to use a handicap space. When I came from an event on Saturday evening, I had to park an extreme distance. In the front parking lot, the lights were going off as I was walking, causing the area to be dark and unsafe.

Staff was amazing. Especially Cloe and Hector at breakfast lounge. Because of our religion we can not eat pork or porky staff. Cloe showed us what can we eat one by one and hector cleaned the owen for us not to eat pork-buttered omelette. I thank you so much guys. They are so friendly as well. Rooms are great. We will definitely come again in our next visit.

Furnitures are a little old and you have to search for power plugs for charging our electrical stuff.

The place is exceptionally clean and the reception staff are almost all top notch. The bed was super comfy with unusually good quality linens. The room really is a suite with a kitchen. No plastic cups, only real glasses. I would have loved to stay longer. Parking area felt super safe. Restaurants and stores galore nearby.

The night guy never informed the day staff about my wake-up call, so I did not receive it. I wouldn’t have needed it, but had left my phone in the car. Shower pressure was not great, with small shower head. I was very surprised about that. Also expensive, but I suppose the superior and very new facility was the reason.

Very beautiful! Clean, bathroom had tooth paste in the sink from someone else but other than that it was very clean! This hotel was worth the money.

As nice as the hotel is, we wanted a comfortable bed we ended up leaving our trip early. I recommend getting new beds! But still recommend this hotel! Family friendly

Hotel room was very nice and comfortable. I had a 2 room suite which was excellent and provide nice separate area to watch TV. Staff was extremely friendly. The price for this room was very good and included breakfast. The Breakfast was was awesome and even had someone making great omelets, Pancakes and Waffles. Highly recommend and going forward I will be searching out Double Tree by Hilton in my next travel plans.

It was comfortable, safe and clean

The kids running around at the time it was a bit noises because of a family gathering in the lobby area. But they was having fun the door a glass Could have been a little more Sound proof. Also at check out we had and emergency which required everyone to leave the building which was done very orderly.
