The location right in town was charming. In my room I had a little table that looked right out onto the street, which I enjoyed. The room I was well appointed with all the usual amenities. The ironing board and iron were the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member I met.

I don’t like bathtubs that can only be used as showers. The immediate location was a little difficult because the adjacent parking lot was closed for a street event while I was there, and carrying my heavy bags up and down all those stairs to my parking was difficult. But the hotel is so very charming that it won’t stop me from staying there again, even if that part is the same.

The location here is great. We stayed here while attending a concert in King of Prussia simply because the rate was affordable and it wasn't far from the venue. Little did I know the hotel is placed in the center of a nice little night life street for some partying. It was a great place to keep the party rolling, and it wasn't too loud or rowdy when we were going to sleep.

If I was staying for a few days, the room would feel cramped. But it's a perfect spot to rest for a quick night

I found the hotel to be clean, the staff were very nice, and the location and price can't be beat. Yes, parking is a bit of a hassel but the hotel is in the middle of all the action. I thought the bed was comfortable, the heating and air conditioning worked well and the shower pressure and temperature were good.

It is important to note that the hotel is basic. Nothing fancy- including no elevator to the rooms on the second floor. It isn't a ton of steps but there are certainly steps. I wasn't disturbed by the noise but I could see that weekends might get a little loud outside. Running the fan or ear plugs might not be a bad idea.

I have stayed at Mainstay Inn twice now. Both times, the staff were really nice, helpful, and friendly. It is a quaint inn and I am grateful for it. The location is wonderful. There are so many cute shops and restaurants on the block. Check out Soltane Cafe, a really great bakery. It is great value, especially with the Genius discounts. If you get a spot in the small parking lot next to the hotel, that is very convenient.

Sometimes the parking is less convenient and is a few blocks away. The heater in my room only worked as on or off; I could not set a desired temperature. I was there on a very cold night. I had to choose between hot and overly dry, or chilly, for overnight. I decided to heat up the room, then turn off the heater right before I slept. That worked ok.

The room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in .No high end chain has even come close. The staff were all very friendly and warm. For a area that is clearly a party atmosphere it was really quiet .

The parking was unusual. Very limited unless you paid $2 a hour for the lot right next to it. Overnight was free so it really only added $16 to our 2 day stay.

I love the location the front desk staff, she was amazing she was very warm a pleasant and approachable. She really went above and beyond for us. The room was amazing and very clean. I love how warm and welcoming the hotel was. We were right in the middle of town which was great the atmosphere of the town was very welcoming too.

What is lost in amenities is overwhelmingly gained by front desk reception. A special shout out to Jessica, a customer service GEM. Who wouldn't want to stay at Mainstay Inn and walk right out to the wonders of Bridge Street Phoenixville!

A lot dated, but hey, it was clean, and I felt safe.

Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Absolutely love the cockatiel named Baker 😍

Bed was very firm. Its great if you love a firm bed. I have hardware in my back and a very firm mattress makes it hurt. THIS DOES NOT MEAN I DIDNT LOVE THE PLACE. I will stay there again if I am in the area.

Property is in great location

Rooms little small. Very clean but paint on walls looks like ray charles painted it. Some little things like no blow dryers on room and our room had an exposed something in the bathroom with hole in dry wall. Rm 202. Water stain on ceiling and paint on walls on pretty awful.

The location was great and I loved being able to see Bridge St. right outside my window! The parking lot was quite small but I really appreciated that they had the parking pass for the lot near Paloma's/Iron Hill Brewery. Dog friendly! I loved that there was a dog park and frisbee golf course less than a mile away. We went almost daily!

There were no clean towels or toilet paper when I arrived. The soap were used as well. It was easily fixable by asking for the items so it wasn't a big deal though. They were also very apologetic and immediately got me everything I needed!
