The location made it accessible to local restaurants, movie theaters and stores. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved the cleanliness of the facilities and the decor was nice and colorful. The pool and exercise room were well kept. The breakfast was good,but it would have been better if there were more of a variety and options for people who don't eat pork products. However, the waffle mix and maker were the best. I will stay there again. The cost for all that was included was well worth it

June at the front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond when I left an important ID card in the room. Housekeeping brought it to June and she emailed me (I believe the telephone # I left was my land line). She offered to mail it to me but I said that I would prefer to pick it up

It looks like the rooms have been recently renovated. I loved the changes but THE ROOMS that border the security lights need BLACKOUT CURTAINS

The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. They were truly concerned with making our stay comfortable. The young man at the front desk said they were almost fully booked, but he went out of his way to make us happy, he showed us a room on the first floor, but I personally didn't want my window to be close to the parking lot, so he changed it to the 4th floor, which is exactly what I wanted. The room was beautiful, very clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The choice of tv channels was also good. The shower and toiletries were just what we needed after a long flight and jet lag. The breakfast was impressive and the lady working there was attentive.

Room size is perfect, any bigger and it could be classed as a suite! Bed had perfect tension, my wife and I both suffer with back problems and so need a different hardness of mattress on each side. Not so here, best night's sleep in a hotel in years! Location is first rate, adjacent to the 422, and local roads, so easy to find. All in all a great stay, thank you

Lack of catering facilities Omelets should really be cooked fresh, as if they are standing for a while, as they were on Thursday, they become rubbery and tasteless. But I totally understand the why. Also the lack of a bar was a surprise, but as above, totally understandable

The breakfast was great. Self make waffle was great and the seats to eat were comfortable. The variety & service of breakfast was great. Location was quite safe & wide enough for parking.

The pool was out of order our whole stay and part of our reason for booking this hotel was for the kids to enjoy the pool. I felt the staff was brushing us off when asked when it’d be projected to get fixed and they’d say “well let you know” which I appreciate but if it wasn’t going to be fixed over the weekend, I would’ve respected the honesty.

Location was perfect for my needs. The staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't check in until 8:30. Ram greeted us with a smile and was very efficient at checking us in. The hotel and rooms were very clean. I felt very safe staying at this location.

The room was a bit chilly for me. I like it warm. I was able to finally get the thermostat to where I was comfortable.

First staff was very warm and welcoming.Always with a smile.The place was clean ,the bed was very restful and comfortable.The Tv had a lot of stations to choose from.Hotel location was close to a lot of dining places for lunch and dinner.There was nice gym equipment to get a great workout.

The pool, when my kids went into it was cold ,it wasn't heated.Dont know if it's not a heated pool in winter.As a result they only stayed 30 mins.

Everything was immaculate. The room was extremely clean. The bedding was wonderfully comfortable with plenty of pillows of different types. The breakfast was good, the coffee excellent. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We were really impressed with The Hampton Inn in Limerick.

Location. Only issue wasn’t with the hotel, but with Booking.com. Next visit, I’ll make reservations directly with the hotel. I have the hotel managers business card and the information is in my phone. Every single employee was gracious and friendly. Not a single bad issue about the staff or hotel. Perfect mix of good!

The breakfast options were good, the eggs didn't look appealing but they were tasty. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice business center accommodations.

I don't remember if it was advertised that there's a pool on the property, I believe it was. I looked for signs to point to the pool, but didn't see any. Was in too much of a rush to ask the front desk.
