Wasn’t expecting much, pleasantly surprised! Clean room No Carpet which and no funky carpet smell! Excellent bed. Plenty of parking and right off the highway. If you’re just on & off the highway, and don’t care about good coffee, this is a great stop.

The continental breakfast was the usual, but the coffee was So Bad that the second morning we went out. You’re in a maze of malls and highways here, easy to get to some places, but confusing and stressful if you don’t know the roads.

The staff was very professional and provided excellent customer service! All the staff at the front desk was great, but one stood out and that was Roy! He provided exceptional customer and made sure that we were okay in every aspect. His demeanor was friendly and extraordinary. You don’t find good people or service like that anymore! Btw, the hotel cleanliness was immaculate! Breakfast is included with your stay. It’s basic, but it did the job!

It was the best stay ever. Clean, the rooms were very clean , made request and it was in room. The staff could not be friendlier, helpful , treated us all so nicely it made coming in and out actually fun. Thank you. Breakfast staff awesome Food was as expected for quality chain Breakfast. Our stay was great from start to finish.

Roy, the front desk staff was very friendly, kind, attentive, and welcoming. He was very helpful throughout my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and nice.

There wasn't any microwave in my room, so I had no choice but to use one on the first floor. Hopefully, something can be done about it in the future.

The staff was really friendly. We expected a continental breakfast, but it wound up being a full breakfast with eggs and breakfast meats. The location was great with a lot of restaurants in the area and an easy on/easy off route to Philly without actually having to stay in the city. The courtyard area was really nice and if it wasn't as cold on the days that we were there, we would've gone to the tables provided to sit and have a beverage or two.

Some of the bed skirts had food stains on them from previous guests but we weren't sleeping on the bed skirts so it wasn't a big deal. The key card reader outside the D entrance worked intermittently and it was difficult to try to get in while dragging an oxygen machine and luggage.

The breakfast was generous in amount and variety (including omelettes, cereal, fruit, drinks, and waffle-making). The room was quiet and comfortable. Once I figured the local routes that I used, I appreciated the convenience of the location. There is a shopping mall across a main state highway next to the property, a convenience store, restaurants, and a couple of gas stations all within walking distance.

I was sure I had chosen "pay on site" as payment option. I was expecting a request for my payment card. It was not requested. I guessed that the hotel used the pay in advance option, but I had to check my card to make sure. The amount was deducted, so I was relieved I did not have to do the reminding about paying.

Clean convenient friendly breakfast server and 2nd shift desk person was great

The 1st shift desk person was only interested in her personal call she was on the whole time I was waiting on my room we did get there early 12 o'clock for 3 o'clock check in but never have I been at a hotel I couldn't get in a little early we had reservations at 230 she said room would be ready around 2 got back around 130 she was still on phone said room wouldn't be ready until the 2nd shift desk clerk got there. She just did not want to do anything. I guess I need to stay with choice hotels if that's the way service is conducted at your hotels

I only stayed one night, but found everything clean and functioning. Breakfast had more options than I usually see—appreciated cooked oatmeal instead of pa keys of instant. The reception staff was efficient and friendly.

Breakfast was very good and the person in charge was fantastic very friendly and on top of everything an exceptional employee. Staff was friendly. Fot us the location fit our purpose perfectly.

Asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not when we returned. They apologized and did it the next day. So we had to go to the front desk for towels and shampoo etc. Matress was horrible old and saggy. Westayed here before and the room last year was good.

Breakfast was good for the price! room was very clean and comfortable.

The cleaning service person throw out one of our bag of groceries in the trash. I was a total lack of attention!
