The room was clean and comfortable, the location was good. The price was right. No, it is not a luxury hotel, but it suited our needs and made for a pleasant stay. The fact of complimentary breakfast being offered was a plus and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Right next door there is a diner which has good food and service--this was a helpful food option.

Well, there was a vending machine for drinks, but there was no bottled water. The hotel did not offer bottled water. I asked one of the staff about this and he said there was no bottled water. I got the feeling from his responses (attitude), that it wasn't his problem and he couldn't have cared less if this was a disappointment to me or not. This was one isolated incident and overall it was still a good experience and I would stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

a fresh, very clean room. despite natural age ( I remember this hotel from decades ago) tub showed it's age. Most importantly, as a solo traveler, I felt SAFE. Very minimal noise from other guests with kids. I had a tough time getting the tv to work, the desk manager came up twice to make sure I had an operating set. This was truely a me problem, he was kind & gracious about it.

Was so looking forward to a hot shower after driving for a few hours. Water was warmer than warm, but never hot. Made note of this & got an instant reply from the front desk. They said high volume can put a strain on hot water availability. There was a guest having an angry, screaming loud outburst Saturday morning. It frankly scared me. Manager took instant action. It was very appreciated.

They keep it very clean and I slept comfortably knowing I was using fresh sheets and pillow cases. The floor was clean too, and I was able to walk around without shoes with no problem. The staff are beyond friendly, especially hope.

The neighborhood sucks and so do the people that live in it, but that isn’t the hotels fault. They do an amazing job of maintaining the place, considering the local lowlifes that frequent it on weekends.

We had room to spread out a little, fridge and microwave replaced the need to eat out every night

Night noise was pretty loud due to warm weather. Bright lights made it difficult for us to stargaze, a hobby we endulge in as often as we can.

It was clean, shower hot, plenty of linens in the room, the normal sized shampoo and body wash & not the little tiny bottles! Also, I didn’t have to ask for extra pillows.. which was great! Wanted to take a swim in the pool, but didn’t get to!

Location is very bad and I usually like walking around places I go to. Didn’t do it here though!

I paid $187 ahead for my stay and it said there would be a partial refund then when I got there they wanted $40 for a security deposit and then that is what was going to be refunded enjoyed the stay besides it being almost $70 more then when I stayed back in july. In July I paid $150 for 2 nights

The ladies on the staff and their patience with me rebooking every other day due to finances. I like that I felt safe and people generally left me alone

Weak wifi and the first few days of my almost month long stay but things turned around and I am sad to have to leave today

Continental breakfast was available every morning if we chose to wake up early

Neighbors above us banged stuff around a lot. A car that seems abandoned sits in front of my door never seems to move, and it takes up two spaces, making it difficult for others to park.

The ease of checking in the pleasant staff. The room was clean and they actually have all the stuff they say they do in their brochure beautiful bathroom well appointed for my belongings I shall stay a little longer

The room was very clean, perfect for a overnight stay. To let everyone know the pool was open. We had stayed there in 2022, and it wasn't open. We weren't aware and didn't pack suits for the kids.
