The property had a great location for a family road trip across PA and was dog friendly which we needed. Sherry at check-in was exceptional - especially for a holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend for a family with kids and pets.

Staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented (even managed to cater to a spontaneous room change request). Our room was very spacious and equipped with absolutel, everything you'd want. Right across from the hotel was a nice pub for dinner, the hotel's breakfast was good.

The hotel was beautiful and clean! The staff was very friendly, all of them! The breakfast was good and continually stocked throughout the morning! We were in town for part play, part competition and this hotel was a great addition to our weekend!

My only complaint would be there wasn't great lighting in the bedroom, as a main source. But our suite was wonderful and I can't recall any other complaints!

The rooms were a nice size, kitchen was fully equipped, and everything looked fairly new. The staff also could not be any nicer! We traveled for a soccer tournament. The location of the pool and the outdoor courtyard was ideal.

we like that kitchen is complete with a set of 4 dishes, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, strainer, dish towel, dish cloth and Palmolive.

it is dirty inside the vents and the window sills, around and under pull out sofa bed. They need to add different options to the breakfast. its always the same. shout out to Katrina!

We came in very late and only stayed the night, so there wasn't a lot to judge. It was close enough to our friends at Pheonixville. We'd never stayed in a suit, and were taken by what a nice little apartment it was.

The open ended shower wasn't a good match for the shower head that sprayed water on the bathroom floor. A rainfall type would have been better. The light switched were arranged in an odd and non-intuitive way. There was no information in the room regarding wi-fi, or anything else as the desk clerk said there would be.

the pool, the water was not tempered and the paint at the ceiling was falling down, I expect to use the pool but I did not enjoy because that reason

The hotel was very clean and modernized. The continental breakfast was good with their own waffle maker. Beds and pillow were very comfortable. we stayed in one of the suites and it had a very homie feel complete with its own little kitchen area including a full mini stove and a medium sized fridge. sofa bed in the "living" room area with a small 4 chair dining table and bedroom w 2 queen sized bed. bathroom was also roomie with a walk in shower. also had an indoor pool, gym and laundry.

I thought the staff was excellent, especially considering how grumpy some of the guests are/were!!! Very friendly and cordial. They were a pleasure to deal with.
