I liked how spacious the suite was and appreciated the full kitchen (not having to leave the room to get ice was great). It was also quite comfortable for the most part. The breakfast did not disappoint at all and actually saved me money on food. The one big issue (I was getting double charged) I did have was promptly fixed by your manager, Breanna.

Getting double charged was not great, but again, this was quickly fixed and was probably not your fault to begin with. I figured that it was the banks fault as they switched from Visa to MasterCard and that confused the computers on your end. The ceiling fan in the Bedroom didn't have a light which was mildly annoying.

Friendly staff

Understaffed staff. The front desk and breakfast functions were taking care by by a very sweet young lady but Saturday morning is not a good day for a Hampton Inn not having a dedicated staff in the pantry taking care of breakfast. She did a wonderful job but s much as she's stretched she couldn't be in two demanding places at the same time

Our entire stay was wonderful, staff are remarkable especially LES, very helpful! We stayed for almost two weeks with breakfast serves daily was phenomenal We will definitely stay back whenever we visit again! Parking area is safe so over all - it was 5star and wonderful experience!

It was not because we didn't like, it was wifi was not made available due to weather condition which was understandable at all!

Great staff, comfy bed and a clean facility. It's all you ask for in a hotel.

Breakfast was a little lacking in quality. Plenty of selection but the eggs were dry and the oatmeal watery. It could have been the day or when we got to breakfast. I still would highly recommend the property.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful: cheerful and competent, a star at the end of our long drive. He obviously enjoys his job and is good at it. Our room was comfortable, clean, and provided good towels, soaps, and shampoo.

The hallways and elevators needed a good vacuuming. The breakfast was mediocre...hard waffles, fake butter, syrup made with high fructose corn syrup. The fresh fruit included a bowl of shriveled oranges. The raisins for the oatmeal were sugared over, a sign of age.

The staff were friendly, there was plenty of front row parking, and the room was clean.

We called for fresh towels and they never brought them to us. We went to have breakfast around 9 and it seemed like it needed to be replenished. We loved the selection, but it could have been fresher.

Breakfast was good with one exception noted below. Like the thick white bread. Toasts nicely on the outside but still soft on the inside.

Could have bacon at breakfast instead of sausage every day.

Leslie was amazing help when trying to find a restaurant to deliver as the girls were enjoying the pool.

Bacon was chewy for breakfast- maybe it was turkey bacon and not labeled? It was not like any bacon I had before

The selection of TV stations was excellent, as was the bedding and sheets

breakfast was nothing special - I opted out; the heating unit was constantly on all night; I miss the bar soap

They were very accommodating when it came to our pet. The rooms were clean as well.

The rest of the hotel was decent but the hallways were a little dirty and so was the elevator. Also, the breakfast did not provide any options for those with dietary needs (gluten free or dairy free).
