Size of the room and location to sites we were going to visit. The room had plenty of outlets for charging laptops and phones and other stuff we had on had and there wher plenty of usb charging points in the actual room portion. Scenic view from room was good and locations to shopping food and points of interest and photography was good we visited the infamous pennhurst asylum which was surprisingly less than 10 minutes away.

It's minor things I had worked in buildings like this before so I understand you can't have things running right all the time. There may have been a faulty circulation pump for the hot water because it took a long time to get hot water to the bathroom. There was a slight leak at the kitchenette faucet probably because the last person or people tried to move the kneck which broke the seal. But other than those things it was a really enjoyable stay. Would definitely revisit this hotel in future travels.

Explained to the front desk that we were attending a race at the local dragway and that I would have my truck a 28ft trailer the first night there. They made accommodations for me to be able to park easily. They also informed local pd and asked them to ride through that evening/night to keep an eye on it for us so we could rest peacefully. Upon reentering the next night they even asked how we had made out that day. All staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Shower door handle kept falling off the sliding glass door.

The staff was very accommodating to me with me being a travel nurse working evening and night shift. They were very understanding and flexible with my check in and check out times.

The rate hasn’t always been the same but I understand it fluctuates with week and weekdays. Although I do wish I could get the same rate since I’ve been consistent with staying and I also think the 100$ hold is a pain especially if I check in twice a week. I understand though.

Super clean, staff was accommodating and very friendly. Bed and bedding is very comfortable. The room was updated to accommodate all of your needs as well as the bathroom…it was exceptionally clean and nice. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as they offer eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels etc and the coffee is delicious!

The room had an old coffee cup next to the tv. Could have been housekeeping, but there was an empty bottle of a sports drink under the skirt of bed. The shower didn’t drain properly it leaves a large puddle of water right before the drain. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer work for the guest. Upon checking out staff accused us of vaping in the room.

We went to a comedy club, and this was only 5 minutes away. It was a comfortable stay with a nice size room. They had a nice pool and its always nice to get a hot breakfast before hitting the road again. All hotels should include that. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The elevators were REALLY tiny.

The clean moderness of the room, the options for breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. The pet friendliness was wonderful.

There weren't any dirty clothes bags. It would also be nice to have about 3-4 extra trash bags in each of the cans. Sadly, one of the elevators were broken down and the buttons on the one which was working were difficult to push.

Conveniently located near stores and highways! Staff are super nice and helpful, especially the front desk. Included breakfast is consistently good and refilled promptly. Can’t complain on that!

Everything was pretty clean for the most part! However linen and overall cleaning can be improved.

Breakfast was good with waffles, scrambled eggs, choice of three (3) cereals, breads, yogurt, juices, and coffee. The location was good being close to Route 422 and many places to eat in Pottstown. There was also an Aldi's within walking distance. The room had all the amenities you would need and was clean and updated.

There was noise at all hours of the day where heavy things were dropped on the floor. I don't know if they were doing work on my floor. It would be nice if the staff were more friendly. No one was rude to me but I didn't feel like I was welcomed.

I like the fact that the rooms were clean every time. The continental free breakfast is great and the staff have been awesome and accommodating to my evening/nightshift schedule.

One out of two elevators seems to need work although that’s my guess and it really didn’t affect me. I was just saying.
