Great room rate for the quality. Room was clean and modern and bed was super comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is close to where we needed to be and area had good shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was standard. Bacon and sausage were perfect and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back when I'm the area!

Hot water was not consistent in the shower. Room was spacious, well designed and decorated but bathroom had very limited counter, shelving and not enough hooks. Although it was clean, seems unsanitary for housekeeping yo have to put towels directly on top of the toilet. Breakfast was fine. Appreciate the updated appliances. Although staff tried, kitchen was still struggling with new pancake maker and the 2 new fancy coffee makers did not work, leaving plenty if grumpy customers without caffeine in the morning.

Food was plentiful and reasonably tasty. Women managing breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Like most hotels, however, way too much plastic waste generated by breakfast. Young woman at front desk the evening that I arrived was pleasant and very helpful with sorting out a reservation complication.

Tried repeatedly to speak with the hotel manager and/or the assistant manager by phone within a few days of my stay. Wanted to commend the young woman at from desk. Couldn't leave a message first couple of tries. When I finally did, manager did not return my call.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, with king-size pillows for a king bed, which other hotels give you standard size ones, asked for extra pillows, and they were brought right up. I like that they had a Keurig (Maybe not the brand) coffee maker. Front desk girls were very polite and friendly. My husband and I did not eat any breakfast as we left to go for our first trip to Shady Maple Smorgasbord.

The only negative thing I could honestly say is that you could not sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door, as both are to close to one another but I realized that is how it had to be, unless they made it a pocket door. Also, there are no darkening curtains but a blind that still left the morning light in.

Breakfast certainly gave lots of choices. What I chose was good. One of the staff (sorry, I didn't get his name) was very helpful when I needed directions to a gas station. Actually walked me over to see there was a station right next door and then gave me directions to get back to the hotel (the roads in Exton are quite confusing!),

The only problem was that initially they couldn't find my reservation made by Booking.com. Eventually it was found but Booking.com had my first name as my last so when they looked for Sterne, it was no where to be found. After some searching, it turned out Booking.com had made the reservation under Barbara.

Location was great, there is a restaurant within walking distance. The room was modern and clean. The young lady working the night we checked in went out of her way to make sure we were good.

The room had a mildewy smell. The Bathroom shower doors did not keep the water in the shower so the floor got soaked on the first shower. You could turn the shower head to face the wall, but then it was difficult to shower. The girl on duty gave us extra towels for the floor since they did not have another room for us.

We booked 2 rooms. My family loved the breakfast and pool. My wife used the computer to print some documents so that was a plus. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Within walking distance of a few businesses. The pool was the best part!

Refrigerator could have been colder and bigger. The water pressure and temp was never hot enough, barely warm. More outlets to charge and plug in cookware. My wife and sister inlaw were out at the pool with the kids. when they asked the lady who was filling the towels to get one of the men to help them move the umbrella. It had stormed the night before. She was rude "sure I'll get one of them or you can do it yourself" her expression said it all. what if she was unable to do it herself? Where was the hospitality?

The location was great. We arrived to our hotel late in the day after a long drive and We loved that we were able to walk and grab food. The staff was really friendly.

Our beds were not comfortable. They were sagging in the middle, I felt like I was sleeping in a v shape smashed next to my husband. When my husband was getting ready to take a shower he turned on the fan in the bathroom and something hit him in the shoulder. At first he thougt a lightbulb that had broke but then he realized what it was. It was a pipe of some sort made of glass and shattered all over the bathroom floor. I do not hold this against the hotel, who in the world would think to look in the ceiling fan in the bathroom to clean for Paraphernalia. I'm just thankful it happened to my husband and not my 13 year old daughter.

Traveled with my mom who is disabled and asked for an accessible room. The bed was very high, we had difficulty getting her in and out of bed. I had to stack some pillows and an ironing board to sort of make a step at bedside so I could have her transfer in and out of bed safely. Again, it was a handicap room so I thought the bed would be normal but it seemed high.

We were very satisfied with the service at this hotel. The room was clean and family friendly. The breakfast had nice options, and we loved their coffee - made with freshly ground whole beans. Great taste.

Nothing to complain about. No bathtub, but not a big deal.
