Nancy n the women who worked the night shift were wonderful. Even when the tv stopped working they had maintenance guy fix it,while I was out. It went out again n maintenance guy came right back n he was very nice young man who had me laughing

The younger guy and younger women that worked 7-3am were not professional at all. I stayed 9 nights and asked for a Clorox wipe bc I didn’t have room service and was treated like I wasn’t going to bring the container back was going to steal wipes. WTH is that and was told it was the weirdest request. So I ended my stay with them 2 days early. Not professional

Breakfast is buffet style, and great. The locations was spectacular as it was about 10 minutes from home and right around the corner from a Wawa, so we could get meals without having to go far. Close to the outlets, mall, and various restaurants. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating. We lost power due to a storm, which displaced many, and it was about 40° outside. Our power company said it would be at least 2 days before it could be restored. I reserved the room for 2 nights. There were many other people around the area that were displaced, and the hotel discounted the prices for all of us. Our power was turned back on the next morning, and we were not charged for the second night, even though we were there past checkout.

The mattresses were a little firmer than we like, but that’s just our preference

in the booking application the final price is $174.90 and today when I looked at my card statement I saw that they charged the amount of $194.90. The receptionist gave us 3 bottles of water, one for each guest in the room, but did not tell me what water it was charged separately and even if water was charged, I don't mind paying, but I refuse to believe that $20 dollars is the amount charged for 3 bottles of water, I found this price abusive

Under renovation. Limited breakfast bar because of renovation. There was nothing available for my son with dietary issues. He usually can eat from the hot bar which was not provided. It would have been good to know about the renovation and limited amenities.

It had everything we needed for a last minute getaway, the pool was a little cold but we still had fun! Breakfast was great and once we got home we realized we forgot a few books and the staff worked with us on how to get them back home!

Rooms were clean bright and roomy. Bathroom was large and plenty of towels. Rooms were made up and cleaned. When we asked for extra towels they were available straight away

No hot breakfast on Sunday was a major disappointment.

The desk clerk at checkout was friendly and started our day off right! The room was clean.

Check in was quite odd - the desk clerk barely spoke to us. We had no idea if there was breakfast or when. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Location, breakfast was actually really good bathroom clean and the toiletries were all great. Dove soap products.

The room was clean and nice they could have just went a little further an spot checked some things that could have used a quick scrub.

Awesome breakfast clean room comfortable bed. Warm pool!

Only thing I didn’t like was the room smelled a bit musty, like no one had been in it for a while last. I turned the fan on and the smell died down then. Otherwise everything was clean and comfortable.

Bench by front entrance. Would like to see a few more to enjoy the evening outdoors. Staff was very friendly.

Only able to use TV remote when standing directly in front of the TV.
