Location was near to where I was going. Convenient side door was near elevator; suitable parking. Did not eat breakfast in the hotel.

My check-in could have been better. When I arrived, I was told I could not get the room I reserved and would have to take a lesser-level room. I had to speak with the manager to get this straightened out because the reason I was given did not make any sense. A person should not be told they're not getting the room they paid for when they arrive for check-in. However, the problem was resolved and I did receive the room I paid for.

Friendly staff

It was a bit crowded with young kids running around while parents sat in the lounge drinking. Kids started to knock on our room door but hey kids will be kids. Just wished the parents didnt let them run around

Enjoyed the lounge/bar area especially after a long event day and the lady bartender was so nice and even stayed open after hours for the late comers getting back from a wedding.

For the price no commentary breakfast or coffee, you had to pay for it if you wanted to eat.

Front desk staff was awesome. They checked me in and out faster than most hotels. Very friendly as well!

I wouldn't say I didn't like because I understand the world today and there isn't much help around. But the bartender was doing everything she could and was the only one back cooking. There was myself and another person waiting a good 5 to 8 minutes before she even came out front.

I booked 2 nights for my birthday, the hotel is local for me. I've stayed here before and liked that it's across the street from restaurants and a mall. I knew I'd find something to do. The highlight was Suzette, she absolutely made my day. My room was more than I anticipated. Thankful to Suzette for making my birthday something to remember even though all of my previously made plans fell through.

Staff was very polite & professional.

Bathroom tub was stained. We had to place a towel inside the tub for our own piece of mind.

The room was very clean. The gathering area near the lobby was very accommodating.

There was no pool. There was no free continental breakfast.

Breakfast wasn't all that great -- lmited selections and menu items were not available (yoghurt)

better breakfasts -- you might as well state no breakfast

The new room design was great with very comfortable bedding, room layout and sofa. Maria, at the front desk, was the star of our stay. She should definitely be considered for a job in sales, management or event management.

The outdoor and lobby furniture needs attention. It was chipped, dinged and scrapped and the area around the lobby fireplace needs more comfy furniture and decor to elevate it to the rest of the lobby.
