Great spot just be carful about the parking garage PS+ Parking that they “partner with”. They are complete stealers of money. They charged me three times the amount. I lost 150 dollars the day we were checking out. They lie about the 24 hours rule, they mark you earlier than you came in. Also make sure for them ( the garage PS+ Parking) to write down the time and double check everything. And advice I have for the hotel, end all partnerships with that garage. They ruin your guys reputations

The front desk staff was phenomenal, especially the Black woman who wore a hijab. She was extremely courteous and helped me when I had a panic attack because my cell phone died. She identified a T-Mobile store that was within walking distance of the hotel and I was able to get a replacement phone. The hotel was a block from a CVS and a Target. I wanted some munchies, so having a CVS close by was wonderful. I needed some scotch tape for some envelopes I mailed, so having Target close by was helpful too. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Philadelphia, which feels like a mix of midtown Manhattan and Greenwich village. It is near public transportation, and it is easy to get an Uber or Lyft. The hotel has two restaurants onsite, as well as a lounge area if you want to spend time with your tablet or laptop. In addition, several bars and restaurants are nearby, including several that make Philadelphia's famous cheesesteak sandwiches. If you enjoy walking, the hotel is a nice walk to the Amtrak station, Drexel, and the University of Pennsylvania. There is a nice partk within walking distance as well.

I was surprised that the room was rather small. Whoever designed it really knew how to economize on space, as there was a compartment that included a small refrigerator and doubled as an end table. There was a small stand that could fit my laptop and a second end table that had a cushion that doubled as a chair. The shower area was steps away from the bed. When the people in the adjacent rooms pulled their shades up or down, I could hear the shades screeching. The walls were rather thin and I could sometimes hear people in the two adjacent rooms talking.

A three star hotel (by Hilton) that I have stayed at before. Good central downtown location, a 10 minute walk to train station and several subway/trolley stops nearby. The hotel is quiet active on weekends due to its lobby restaurant Condessa and rooftop bar. A gathering place for mostly a younger crowd. I did not try out the fitness room, but there is a lobby cafe for breakfast and drinks in the morning. As a Hilton Honors person I was given coupons to use -- nice touch.

I thought the lighting in the bathroom could be improved. The room was a little tight in size with the bed predictably taking up most of the room size, the bathroom is accessed through a frosted glass sliding door, so its right there next to the bed.

It's a well-located, well-styled hotel—although you can certainly tell that it's gotten some significant use. The walls were scuffed, the bathroom had lost its shine, but—overall—it was fine for the night. There's a massive lobby with a restaurant and cafe, on-site. The team at reception was really nice as well. They gave me a nice room with a great view of my first apartment in Philly—an awesomely accidental lil' homage.

The carpark across the road is valet. I don't like giving up my keys and there were a few people complaining about damage to their vehicles. I'd recommend partnering with the folks on 18th and Walnut as well, as it's a self-park garage and seemingly better customer service.

The location and the price were great. It felt like a refuge in the city during my visit.

I faced toward a parking lot (looking out towards Chestnutt Street), and the windows are not soundproof at all. The first morning, the trash truck came at 5:15 AM, and the second morning it came at 4:45 AM. It was so loud and I could hear the workers talking as they banged around the trash containers. I don't know if they were moving trash containers, but the noise went on for 20+ minutes. This was the only unpleasant aspect my stay and the property. I would definitely return, but I would ask for a room not facing towards the back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic-close to transport, walkable to most sights, great neighborhood with lots to do and good places to eat. It is close to about anything you would need. It was good price for amenities and location. There is a lively rooftop bar with a good view. I thought the bed was comfortable which was much appreciated after having a hip replacement recently. I liked being able to stream on the TV. I would stay here again.

The rooms were tiny-they made pretty good use of space but was OK for a short stay. I didn't mind them not doing housekeeping everyday but the trashcan was so tiny I had to go to lobby to empty it-so that was a bit inconvenient. When they did come I had to wait for towels. The upper floors would have had a better view but it was recommended lower floors for more quiet due to the lively rooftop bar as the sound carried. I did notice the walls were thin-my neighbors were quiet but waiting for an elevator I did overhear a very private conversation so that is a potential issue. It is a good idea with QR code for tips for housekeepers, however, either the site wasn't updated or some use nicknames so I was not able to find the person on the card.

Great location in the city centre. I liked the coffee downstairs and the gym facilities are pretty good. It’s a clean place and staff are nice. Bed was comfortable and the rooms have large windows.

This was the second time I’ve stayed and I do love the location hence booking again. But I do find it slightly overpriced for what it is. Rooms are quite basic and small. I also was quite frustrated by how loud the air con and fridge were in my room. There is a restaurant that is generally very busy and shares the lobby so it gets a bit busy coming in and out.

the area was great , we were able to catch the train from the airport and walk 6 minutes to the hotel. It was a great location as there were several eating places, a target , and Cvs down the road. There were also entertainment opportunities there .

The parking as we had guest come by for a bit and it would have ran them 15-30$ to park just to visit us as we had come from dallas to philly to see them . Also the homeless population . not going to say you can control that but they were around & some people may be uncomfortable walking near them .

I loved the room, bed, and location! They exceeded our expectations and we were very comfortable. The staff were courteous and polite, though they did seem restricted by some weird policies from the hotel.

We couldn't bring drinks into our room from the bar, which seemed like a real missed opportunity, vis-a-vis the hotel/bar relationship. I also asked the hotel for glassware so my fiancé and I could enjoy a bottle of wine in our room, and they could only offer us these lame little plastic cups... Not suitable for a "just engaged" bottle of champagne. It was like they didn't trust us not to break their glassware (which, if we accidentally did, we would have been happy to pay for). At the end of the day, we had to go out and buy glassware to make up for their deficiency. It's such a small thing, but in that moment, it really mattered. The bar had glassware, so I can only assume it's a weird hotel policy. A policy that treated us like 35-year-old children.

This hotel is a great value. Located blocks from Rittenhouse square, it's perfect as a jumping off point to explore all different parts of the city. The staff was helpful and attentive and the facilities were great. There's a fun bar in the lobby and the gym had a lot of equipment. Great spot for solo travelers in Philly.

The room is pretty small. It was comfortable enough for me as just one person but if I was traveling with someone else, I think I would have found it to be pretty tight. The hotel also mentioned that the top floors can be loud from the rooftop bar but luckily I was there during the winter so didn't hear anything.
