Location, airport shuttle and its driver were very nice.

The $250 dollar hold for incidentals was a lot, I stay in Marriott properties only and no other ones charge this amount for incidentals. Also if I knew it was a pet friendly location I would not have stayed the dog barked most of the night. Nothing against pets, I just don’t want to sleep with them.

I liked the fact that the room/bathroom were impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. Really those are the most important things in a hotel for me. It was extremely convenient to the airport (with an every 20 min free shuttle), where we could hop on the SEPTA train and get into center city. I also appreciated the full-sized personal care products because it cuts down on plastic waste and I can use as much/little as I need. The products also smell quite nice.

There were aspects to the room that were a little worn. There was paint peeling on the ceiling by the HVAC unit, which was surprisingly loud, though it is a white noise of a sort so it was easy to tune out. The cover for the air handler was bent/pulled off the wall a little bit and I couldn't push it back in. The grab bar in the bath was loose.

Convenient to get to the airport (less than 10 minutes) free shuttle bus service available 24 hours running every 30 minutes.

Front desk guy was super rude. Restaurant menu is very limited and on top of that food was not good at all. I just got some wings and fries (it should have been easy to deliver something good or at least decent) but it wasn’t the case. Buffalo wings were cold when they arrived and tasted not very good, blue cheese was watery and it looked super weird to me (probably old) and fries were overcooked almost like blackish and all I could taste was like old cooking oil “horrible”. Definitely order uber eats if you staying here, I saw some guys eating at the bar from some place near by (Chinese food) and they even told me it was great.

* It is an inexpensive nice clean hotel * They have a free transfer from an airport, the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. It was also very useful when we went to downtown because the train came from the airport to there. * Everything in the room worked flawlessly, the wardrobe had enough holders for clothes * The hotel was quiet at night, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

* They don't have a free breakfast. * The calls from a room phone cost money. * For using the shower tap you need to not just turn it, but also pull it towards you.

Location

After my stay, I was trying to pay for parking and I was there for 10 minutes waiting for a connection and I had to blow the horn to get the attendant attention after he witness the non connection error, he told me don’t worry about it and he lifted the gate to let me out. Now I’m being threatened to pay for parking, but I was told that parking is in with the stay and when I checked out I was told that it wasn’t and that I was misinformed.

4 Points is in an area very close to the airport. It is probably one of best values in that area. Staff was excellent. We also enjoyed a larger cut room. You could easily enjoy even with kids running around.

It is an older structure. Probably could use some upgrades. Perhaps that starts with the lobby. It’s a reasonably large area. It should be redesigned to give tourists easy place to have a value meal or a beer or especially convenience store.

Room was large, comfortable, clean. Nice bed.

Note that Booking.com cancelled my reservation while I was in the air returning from travel, so that I saw the notice while in line for customs. Cancellation was because the Visa I used to make the reservation, long ago, had been replace by my card carrier. Without giving me opportunity to provide new card info, room was cancelled. I was able to contact the hotel front desk, get my reservation reinstated, and all was smooth from there. However, did not appreciate having it cancelled on day of stay after months of "looking forward to seeing you" emails.

Very clean inside, decent sized room, nice staff to whom I talked to.

Paid parking, the QR code I scanned at the front desk said first 160~ hours free but still ended up having to pay $25 for overnight parking. I forget exactly what the sign said at the gate but very short time to spend there for it to be free but if you’re going to stay at the hotel even for a few hours, you still have to pay full price.

Location--convenient to airport and the train into center city Bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and comfortable Room was a good size for one or two people Housekeeping didn't come in until asked (per the sign in the elevator) The in house restaurant had reasonable prices for dinner options The reception desk personnel were consistently helpful

Okay this is not so much about the hotel but maybe it is-- It was very hot and humid at the time and the surfaces seemed very sticky and the rugs felt damp and sticky The door to the room would stick and be hard to open I had to change the door keys twice when they didn't work Not close to public transportation

I just stayed one night for transit. Overall the experience was good. I arrived at the hotel around 9PM, there is no dinner at that time, but the staff from the bar kindly indicated to me the Sheraton Suites which is next to the Four Points (walk in 3 minutes) provides the dinner until 11PM. I appreciate the staff of hotel indicated me this information. The shuttle is free, even I need the shuttle service at 4:10AM.

If the waiting area of free shuttle information in the airport could be indicated more clearly, it would be better. From the website of the hotel, I cannot clearly understand where I should wait or if the reservation of shuttle is necessary. Actually, just go to Zone 4 "Hotel Courtesy Shuttles", and wait for the shuttle bus is ok. I took the shuttle which stuck the paper indicating the "Four points", "ALOF" and "Sheraton Suites".
