It's in a quiet part of town, beautiful place at Widener University, clean streets. Room was spotless, Jessica (the cleaning girl) was very attentive and provided us with clean towels and trash liners when we asked (it was a 5 day, 4 night stay during Thanksgiving weekend). Top hotel in so many things, I hope next time I have an equally pleasant stay. I've been to Hilton and Marriott hotels, this is better. Breakfast was amazing, "Oshan" the woman who works there made me feel cared for, and assisted me with my breakfast. The receptionist went above and beyond to get the TV working for me and the kids.

The wifi! Unfortunately, the wifi signal was weak and we couldn't get the Playstation to connect to the internet. We were in a double bed room, however only one of shampoo, conditioner and lotion when we arrived. However, the staff was truly sweet and provided all things we requested.

Spacious room, soft mattresses, very "home-y" room, good counter space in bathroom, friendly staff

I don't know if it was other guests or what but there seemed to be doors loudly slamming at all hours of the day, parking lot is kinda difficult to navigate, couldn't change the a/c to any other setting (not even heat), overall positive experience though

Rooms and hallways were very clean and inviting, shower water just the way I like it nice and hot keep it up the good work

I have no complaints at all, I've been in hotels that were very close to you guys but nevertheless don't think I would go back there, hallways were very dirty, rooms were not inviting at all like where is their cleaning staff shower water took a long time to get hot not good and not to mention when I got upstairs to the floors not a good smell at all they don't keep things too clean

The staff person old Amy lol. She was incredible im disabled when I called the day before to check on my reservation I told her I'm disabled & can't walk much & requested the lowest level due to my disability . She told me she would evaluate things in the morning . She called me while we were traveling & told me she has a room on the lowest level floor 2 & I was able to check in earlier before my event We were able to leave our bags upon checking room out we needed sheets n pillows for sofa bed & Xtra towels So when we passed her in the hall when we were leaving she told me no worries she would personally gather the items & have them in our room before we return .which she did She was smiling & very accommodating to us.

The free breakfast was a bit of a disappointment Wasn't much of anything there except dry cereal. So we had nothing when we left other people seemed disappointed as well & just looked around & left Even just some 1/2 & 1/2 or cream for coffee would have been nice. The shower in the room didn't have the best look to it it looked dirty but wasn't just very old n dingey for sure needs update

Did not use your breakfast room. But the lady that checked me in.. She deserve a golden star. She assisted me with parking.. Checked that I was ok Told me where the elevator was. That also when I entered the room , where the light switch was.. She was exemplified good customer service!!

Confortable bed, big room, good facilities. Shower working fine, great breakfast. Location is a little far from Philadelphia, but is is ok by car. Parking lot is free and also there are available parking spots in the street in front of the hotel. Quiet place.

Bathroom door did not close properly. Smokers inside their room, and the smell went allover the corridor including inside our room. If this is a non smoking property, all kinds of smoking should not be allowed.

Locationnnnnnn! Cleanliness, front desk host Raynell was extremely courteous and quick!

Didn't like that Ms.Raynell was the only person working third shift on a Saturday. She definitely deserves an applause being that she was able to juggle running around the entire property making sure guest were settled. Fix this problem by HIRING MORE HELP‼️

very good beds. very good location, parking available and easy to find a spot. Neighborhood feels very safe even late at night. We didn't use public transportation. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and helpful.

Sometimes breakfast was a little cold. But good. There wasn't hot coco unfortunately. but very good price-quality.

The hotel was right by Widener University and it appears as though there might be some student housing in the adjacent building. The hotel was quiet, the room was large and clean. There was breakfast and parking included. The staff was friendly at check in.

I loved how knowledgeable the staff was, no outstanding deposit was charged other than that of Booking, and the price was very economical !It was handicapped accessible to my scooter, because I can't walk, that was a huge plus!!

I didn't like no discount for alumnus.
