Clean, comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed.

Parking is not available. Major problem. STRRET side of building very noisy at night.

Property was amazing, breathtaking, very luxurious, very cleaned and well maintained, very spacious. Will 100% recommend this property to anyone visiting Philadelphia. Location was great, very easy to access anywhere you would like to go. There is no private parking but very easy to access parking on the street which was easy for me. The staff was very responsive and I had no issue at all. It is worth the price you pay and you will not regret it at all. I wish I could stay a bit longer or even have an apartment like Locale North Broad. Everything was jsut perfect, bed very comfortable, toilet/shower was great. Very sad to be leaving but I had a great time in Philly.

Nothing at all - everything was great

It was very close to the Met, where we went for a concert. There were a lot of things within walking distance, and the area didn’t feel “too” unsafe. The apartment was spacious and perfect to chill out in.

It sucked that the elevator has been down for a while. Luckily, we only had to go up one floor, but I have trouble going up stairs. I hated that there was no onsite parking, but at least the recommended garage was in okay walking distance. The cleaners kept trying to come in when we were sleeping in, so that was annoying. Just keep your top lock on always.

The apartment on the top southwest corner was large and visually stunning. There’s lots of room to spread out, and it’s comfortable. The panoramic view of the city is fantastic.

Noise from the street bothered one of us; not the other, so it all depends on how sensitive you are. Water pressure was the pits. The staff was unaccommodating when it came to requests for early check in and late check out.

Everything is exactly as described . Communication was quick and clear. The only thing that would make me reconsider staying again is the inflexibility that other hotels would typically provide (late check out, leave bag or luggage, receiving mail or packages). Great for low maintenance traveling, not great for a business trip where there are a thousand moving parts at once.

The comfort of all the facilities provided made me feel at home. The bed was amazing. Wifi was great.

There was some minor damage of the furnishing e.g. the towel holder and the toilet paper holder were broken. The windows were dirty and there were traces on the night stand from a water glass.

The apartment was lovely and roomy. Location was good.

The street noise was loud at night even with closed windows. The elevator was not working the entire time we were there (5 days)! We were unable to utilize the lovely rooftop deck area due to not having an elevator and my spouse unable to climb all the stairs! Two suggestions - A broom/dustpan and a few hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothing.

I love this Sonder. I shop at the Aldi one block away. My daughter lives nearby. The apartment is beautiful. Facilities fantastic. Washer, dryer, fridge, ovens, dishwasher. All great. Nice sleeping area and nice bathroom.

Basically, the place was clean. But the prior occupant left some ugly marks on the walls in the bathroom that I had to clean up. Nice that the apartment had spray cleaner and paper towels, so it was not a big deal. Also, I had trouble getting the TV to work. Turns out I had used the wrong password for the internet (because I had previously stayed in the unit next door), so I could not cast Netflix, YouTube, etc. onto the screen. (There is no regular TV service.). My son finally stayed with me my last night and he was able to figure it out. I am sure Sonder personnel would have helped me sooner, but I was busy with other stuff and never reached out. I plan to try to stay at this Sonder the next time I visit Philly.

the place was so nice! It felt like a hotel but more private and more space .. plus full kitchen amenities. The high ceilings and windows were very lovely.

The code on the door the our unit was finickey.. it only worked every ~10 times. But the code on the door to the building worked every time and the host was responsive when we messaged them about it at 11pm.

Omg, this place is insane. I didn’t even know that I’ll be in such huge apartment, there is all what you need and more, I really thought to just stay there for 2 nights and don’t go out from this apartment until check-out. Cool location, shops near, city centre near too. If I will be in Philadelphia again, I definitely will stay ONLY here.
