It was very cute w a nice view. Nice stay and prompt service. Restaurant /bar downstairs.

Not that it could be helped but narrow streets, lots of one ways and difficulty finding street parking. Kind of on the cusp of an ok area it feels like. I do fee based on area and safety of guests cars, parking should be complementary in private lot with your stay.

There was no breakfast. The keurig coffee maker didn't work. There was no clock in the room, which would have been helpful. There was no convenient place (e.g. a desk) that I could put electronics and plug into an outlet. Staff texted me each day to see if everything was OK , and responded as appropriate, even though couldn't get me a Keurig that worked. Excellent.

I saw a couple of bugs near the sink in the bathroom and was concerned that there might be bedbugs. Didn't think to try and capture them, but didn't look them when I looked on line. Was attending conference at Philly convention center and was a longer walk than I would have liked, but not your fault.

The room was incredible. The windows were huge overlooking a great view, and there was a full kitchen in the unit and a washer and dryer. It would be amazing for a long term stay, but I was only there for a couple days. People at the front desk were really friendly and welcoming even though they're technically not connected to SoSuite.

The location is a little out of the main hub but everything felt mostly walkable. Note: there are no elevators to the very top floor, you have to take the stairs from the floor below. A heads up if you have heavy bags or a wheelchair, it isn't accessible.

The apartment is in a converted warehouse and the huge windows are amazing. It was decorated with some artistic flair and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax in the living space. The kitchen is well appointed. Even with some of the negatives we would definitely stay here again. I liked the convenience washer dryer particularly because it Raines the whole weekend. . Bring a chair, the dryer controls are high. There is a good selection of coffee. The lighting in the space was fantastic. There is plenty of over head lighting as well as better reading lights throughout the space. The paid parking is a plus in Philadelphia and the direct access to the building was very safe and convenient.

Could use some TLC and someone to clean and repair items in the studio. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty or near empty. The bathroom floor had some litter on the floor in corners and some wood items were damaged and not repaired. The pad under the living room rug was lumpy and bunched up under a heavy coffee table and presented a hazard. The rug also needed a good cleaning. Last, the directions into the room was a bit confusing.

It was comfortable and had many amenities. The entrance and check out were super easy. The building was clean and felt safe. Easy walk to restaurants. Staff responded quickly, but the follow-through was delayed. It had nice big windows that let in a lot of light. They had snacks to greet 2 of us and plenty of coffee and tea. If we had wanted to cook, it had all the tools.

While it seemed clean, the floor wasn't. We had dirt, hair, and dust on our feet. It was also wiped down with a cleaner that left the floor feeling slimy and slightly sticky. It also had only towels for 2, when we had registered for 3. They weren't going to bring them that evening, so I requested they come early. Our flight was delayed, making our arrival around 10 PM, so I understood. I was hoping the towels would arrive at least by 8AM. We left at 10AM, and they still hadn't arrived.

Location, Budget Friendly, comfortable, great night view, parking on-site ($), Washer and dryer, nicely appointed ( laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, tea, dishes, pots/pans) and simply decorated. Everything we needed was there. Great restaurant and bar downstairs.

Beautiful room/studio apartment complete with private bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer. High chair and pack n play delivered promptly for the baby. The room was clean and safe enough for baby to roam freely. We had our groceries delivered so it wasn't necessary to leave the room often. The host who checked us in, Nicole, was attentive and welcoming. She met us at the door immediately and made us feel right at home. I definitely recommend SoSuites, this one is as nice as others I've booked in Philadelphia. Everyone I met outside were friendly, typical Philadelphians. There were lots of young people since the building is also home to a very nice bar and eatery.

The daytime host totally ignored me while people on the street helped me get my groceries inside the double doors and to the elevator. Every time I saw her she was sitting with her head down, looking like she was reading something that needed her full attention. For some reason, the neighborhood seems a little bit shady and spooky at night.

The view from the window is mesmerising and exactly the same as pictured. The host is so accommodating that if you need anything at all- he will respond to you right away! The building and the apartment is very well maintained and I really appreciated the laundry and even a detergent that was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

I liked everything

I liked the size of the apartment and the price. The front desk staff was very kind. The apartment appeared to be well cleaned. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms and also and washer and dryer.

I don't like how they separate the cleaning fee from the cost. It should all be included. The beds were also not very comfortable. Parking should also be included. $20 per day is not a "discount". They should use a couch cover since the couch itself seemed to be stained.

The staff was great. The restaurant in the building was very beneficial. We were there for a medical procedure for my daughter and so we took dinner up to her in our room when she got out of the hospital. The location was good. Otherwise it was perfect and the location was fine. We just had to go a little ways to see the sites, but it wasn’t far to independence, hall, etc. great concept I wish you had more of them and other cities I travel to. Thank you

The only thing I can think of is, we could’ve used one more chair in the living room because my daughter had surgery on her legs and she had to recoup on the couch and took up most of it. Otherwise, it was a great place.
