The breakfast choices were plentiful.

The "check-in" girl was not pleasant. I checked in and had a copy of my confirmation from Booking.com. She stated that I had no reservation but then found it another date. I had called Booking.com and spoke to "Cori"?? as I had mistakenly given the incorrect dates. She made the change of the correct date and then indicated she would need to call the "Property" for pricing. She came back on stating the "Property" accepted the same rate. This check-in girl informed me that Booking.Com NEVER called to make the changes. She was not pleasant and it was not our fault. We did get a room and from there on out, it went well.

The room was great, clean when we arrived, staff was friendly. We were there to see family so we didn't use the fitness center or pool, but if we had more time, that would have been nice!

Breakfast was a little disappointing. I have celiac disease, which means no gluten, and fear of cross contamination had me choosing yogurt, when there wasn't other gluten free options. Unfortunately eggs weren't available one morning and the morning they were available the hotel was short staffed so it took a bit to get something for myself.

The big eating area, access to parking, room lot of space and front desk some of staff. No bugs was definitely a plus!

Shower was out dated and pressure of water coming out. No extended shower headed to rinse bottom areas.There also, seems to be a dripping noise throughout the day n night. House keeping didn’t clean or wipe down things each day. Breakfast was not served on time n not enough variety.

The property is very well maintained, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying alone while my husband was having surgery at Jefferson Lansdale Hospital. It was close to the hospital and also an easy drive to Montgomery Mall area.

The ice machine was broken on floors 4 & 6 and floor 5 couldn’t keep up with the demand, but floor 3 was a goldmine😂

Beautiful and modern entire hotel with beautiful design and roomy airey rooms. Exceptional staff. Very polite and knowledgeable. Offered to get local information on attractions since our plans were rained out. Great location. Price for suite is great. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious

We only stayed in our room for a night but we enjoyed the few hours we were there.

My only complaint is that our check-out time said "by 12," but our keys were deactivated at 11. We had other family members who stayed who also had the same problem. Luckily, I was still in the room when my husband went down to the car, or we would've been locked out.

Hotel is recently updated, and hotel looks bright and fresh. The breakfast is of good quality and great choices what to eat.

However it is great to be close to a railway station, the down side is the trains blowing their horns at every railway crossing.

The entire stay was lovely.Very clean place with a kitchen and a normal sized fridge and kitchen essentials. The bed was comfortable with two different kinds of pillows.The breakfast was decent with friendly staff noticing the small details.

Stayed in a King suite with well-equipped kitchenette, couch, comfortable King bed, clean bathroom, overall modern touches. I think this would be a great space for long or short term stays.

I almost missed the hotel. There was no clear signage on the building that this was a hotel.

Conveniently located. The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were very engaged, professional and friendly.
