Great hotel for anyone visiting Valley Forge, King of Prussia Mall, or anywhere around Audubon -- particularly the Shannondell retirement community. The design of the space is fun and welcoming (mural on the wall in the lobby, etc.), the staff is very nice and accommodating, the facilities are high-quality (pool, workout room, etc.), the rooms are clean and have lots of clever storage options, and breakfast was yummy! We especially enjoyed the yogurt dispenser and automatic pancake-maker, haha. My family has stayed here several times already, and will likely be back for more!

IIRC, the soap dispenser in our shower was almost out of soap -- would appreciate the cleaning staff being more proactive in checking/refilling them.

The look of the hotel is very modern and welcoming, including the staff. We were checked in by Dahlia. Love that there are options to check in thru the app and use a digital key. Ice machine and water dispenser in a very convenient place on the first floor so you can grab it on your way to your room. And receiving a text shortly after reaching the room asking if everything was ok was a wo derful touch. The breakfast was good incl pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Gym & pool was clean. There's plenty of convenient places within walking distance of the hotel.... wawa, Starbucks, walmart, etc

If I could complain about anything, it's only wishing there was more water pressure. But the pressure wasn't bad!

The location was great - in the middle of a lot of great attractions in the area. The downstairs area/lobby has a lot of open space and different sections to hang out/meet/work/eat/play foosball/relax. The women who ran the breakfast in the morning hustled to keep all the things filled - and there was a nice variety!

This is such a weird statement - but I hated the floors in the room. It was a weird vinyl-plastic that was really chintzy and felt awful to walk in. Will remember to bring socks next time. And, thought my stay was short, so i didn't need to use a closet - the lack of closet was strange - but it didn't open up the room - so a little good/a little weird.

Everything was very clean. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers! I love the fact that you are not wasting plastic by handing out the little bottles. Beds were comfortable. I loved the lobby, with the foosball tables and the seating areas. The staff was very helpful, as I needed something printed out. Breakfast was convenient. I am gluten free, so I wish there was more stuff that I could have had for breakfast, but I made due with what was available. I would definitely stay there again next year. Staff was also accommodating, as I needed a little bit of a later checkout.

The ONLY thing that was wrong was the soap dispenser by the bathroom since was empty.

Quite nice hotel. Starbucks less than 50 yards away, but we thought hotel coffee was pretty good , Good selection of items for breakfast. Nice rooms with reasonable amount of lighting.

Only thing that was disappointing was the size of the fitness room. Sign on the wall said "MAX occupancy 10". That might be good number for playing cards, but seriously would be way over crowded for people doing different fitness activities.

The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were very comfortable with a very big bathroom and shower, the pool was one of the biggest I've ever seen at a hotel, there were also two foosball tables and a lot of seating in the lobby that was used most of the time we were there. It was a very entertaining friendly hotel and I would recommend to everyone! We will definitely be looking for these hotels in the future!

Loved the location. It was very close to where my daughter’s competition was held. The staff was very friendly and quite knowledgeable on surroundings and things to check out. The complimentary breakfast was hot, filling, and tasty!! Loved the gaming area! My family spent quite a bit of time playing foosball!

I loved that they had a board of what was going on in the area for the day / weekend. This way if there was something interesting that you didn't know was going on, you could plan do it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived, check in was super easy.

I didn't like the size of the pool towels, they were too small. Also, the window shades never seemed to get the room super dark. The room faced the street and several businesses.

Breakfast selection could be better. Main items all together so when everybody was watching their pancakes, you could not get to other stuff. Hallways and stairs were dirty. Needed to be vacuumed and some trash picked up. I told the desk but it was never done in the two days we were there.
