Property was in a great location, very convenient to the Mann concert venue and the airport. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was surprisingly large. All the facilities provided were excellent. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Take a walk through the nearby UPENN campus for some beautiful buildings.

Only $45 dollar valet parking available. On arrival staff were not able to provide info of other parking. There is a parking garage 2 min walk away that has a flat rate of $18 but it’s not overnight parking. Being from the UK it’s hard to tell where you can park on the streets, but after some googling we were able to find on street free parking only a couple minutes walk away. I understand the hotel doesn’t want to be liable for you parking elsewhere but some advice would be helpful considering the large fee for parking on site.

Location was perfect for why I was there, rooms were comfortable and nicely kept.

The cafeteria lady staff is rude and not friendly. Unapproachable, demeanor is not welcoming and when asked a question rude responses are given. I thought it was just me but when other family members went down, they had similar reactions from her.

The room was read when we arrived and the property was very clean.

The breakfast was not very good. The machine when down that activated the room cards and once the problem was fixed the person whom I believe was the Manager only apologized to the Caucasian guest. if not for this incident I would have recommended this property.

The hotel has not yet refunded the USD 250 that it collected from me during my check in. I was told it was a refundable deposit and would be credited back to my a/c on check out, but it's already a week. Where's my money, folks?

Maintenance was poor. the whirlpool didn't work properly, the water fountain in the fitness center didn't work, the stream of water in the shower was extremely weak and the hot water was barely enough for two people

Friendliest staff. Nice clean rooms and easy peasy breakfast. Location is easy to get to and a 7 -11 close by for large iced coffees.

The pool was out of order for more than a month prior to our booking . BOOKING.COM didn't update that fact. The hotel notified booking.com but the site didn't update their listing. Called Booking.com twice to try to change hotels when we got there but both times the women I talked to mysteriously hung up on me when I told them about the lack of a pool. I chose the hotel solely on the fact it had a pool and was disappointed.

The property was beautiful some things could have been better but overall great!!

They hold an extra 250.00 for incidents which was very unexpected, that’s something guest should know and they charge 45.00 dollars plus tax per night for parking 🧐🧐🧐🧐 that’s insane!!

Very welcoming entrance. Well lit and clean. The valet attendant was so friendly. Next, the lobby was nicer than I expected. The 2 ladies at the front desk had amazing customer service. Even the 2 ladies doing housekeeping were so friendly. I wish I knew their names so they could be properly recognized for great service. Also, the staff that prepared the breakfast did a great job of keeping the food stocked and ready to be served. They were also very friendly. I have never been to a place where people were so nice and kind.
