The SoSuite staff worked quickly and efficiently to resolve my check-in issue. It was super easy to check in early as well as schedule a late checkout that I took full advantage of. The location is the old West Philadelphia High School building in a relatively quiet and one of the safer neighborhoods very close to many attractions and pebbles throw from University City and Powelton Village. The accomdations were very comfortable with a great view of the city below. I highly recommend and look forward to booking with Sosuite in the near future.

The Loft was perfect! Spacious and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the linens and comforter were fantastic! The sofa and living room were spacious. The kitchen, was excellent for the long term stay, cooking was easy and the fridge was spacious. The billiard table was first rate almost professional! I played everyday. The gym was well equipped and I used the heavy bag. Overall this was an excellent value!

Had to hunt for parking everyday. Not much you can do about that. Would be great to have a slope ramp up to the front door to wheel heavy luggage. The front halls were a little dark. Some brighter lights would make the entry hall more appealing.

The studio was super clean and quite. 100% satisfied with the kitchen and bathroom. I especially love the view outside my window. The location is ok; not very close to the subway, but it's still within walking distance. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The bed and pillows are too soft for me. Other than that, the whole experience was excellent.

I liked that it was a secure building and apartment. I liked that the apartment had a secure code to get into the apartment. I liked that it was a repurposed building. The apartment was close to U Penn. We easily walked to campus. I liked free parking on the street. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water. I liked that there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

More bath towels would be nice; there were no wash clothes.

The first time entering the building there was no one at front desk to greet me or give me access to building. I had to wait 20 minutes outside the building to go in when a person residing in the building was entering. Since I registered virtually I was able to enter my apartment without a problem.

Love the loft stay, bed so comfortable, very roomy. Building is massive with expansive hallways. Quiet and pleasant. Kitchen fully functional with everything you needed. Suitable for longterm stay.

Bare floors, bare feet picks up lots of dust. Must wear slippers!!

It was close to public transportation and it was comfortable

I didn’t like that the lobby was not inviting.

It was exactly as it is on the pics. Clean, spacious, had everything I needed.

It would be good to add some signs on how to get the quickest to the particular room numbers. Indicators would do the job. It was a confusion at the beginning if it comes to the invoice, however at the end of Etsy I received it

They property was great. I had even left an entire laundry bag and was contacted. So Suite set up a pick up time. I was very impressed with the decor. Very Comfortable and quiet.

Great Space within the Apartments and nice communal area with WIFI access.

We paid extra for a late check out but when we returned, within plenty of time for late check out, to freshen up and collect luggage, the access code had been changed so spent a good 20 minutes trying to contact SoSuite to access our unit. The area is a bit sparse with decent places to eat and drink within walking distance.
