Great location for someone with business at Temple U—it’s right on campus. There’s a coffee shop on the premises, but also coffee, tea, and water available for free and at all times in the lobby. Also coffee and tea in the room. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We stayed during a heat wave so appreciated central a/c, with the ability to set our own temperature. We asked to have our bill split, and though the person who checked us in didn’t know how to do that the manager worked it out. Yes, the bathroom could be updated a bit, but we were very happy with our stay, with the room, the facility, and the staff.

Everything was lovely!

No breakfast, but there’s a cafe around the corner. It was quiet, old, historic, with a view of beautiful architecture on the front porch. Food trucks were nearby since it’s on a college campus. Nearby are small parks with tables and chairs.

No refrigerator or breakfast. I paid extra to park my car. Microwave was available but not in the room. Bathroom had a wonderful tub, but there was no place on the sink area to put your stuff.

When booking this trip I did not realize that it was on Temple campus but that was just a bonus to me! The campus was beautiful and walkable, we really enjoyed the sidewalks that were available since we traveled with our pet. The Inn was super cute and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

I don't know if there would be much that I didn't like. We only stayed for the one night but if we had to stay for a longer period of time I would have stayed here. With it being summer time there weren't that many students on campus so it was relatively quiet.

The room was very big and clean and the bathroom was clean as well The bed was big and comfortable. It felt cozy and husband liked it. I was able to get parking on the property and the location of the property is GOOD being that it is on the Temple university. I already reversed a room for October lol

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable the TV and the coffee maker didn't work The area around/off the property i don't like

It’s set in the campus so it’s in a very pretty soundings. It also feels very secure. The area outside of the campus not so much. However I was able to go from the hotel right to a cab so that didn’t come in to play.

It’s not really located near many places to eat so it’s necessary to travel if your looking to get a bite. But honestly it wasn’t much of a set back.

I liked the location. I liked that I had everything I needed for a comfortable relaxing stay especially a nice soft comfortable bed. I like that it’s an charming old style hotel.

Ice machine should be in a better location. I don’t remember there being anything offered for breakfast.

Everything except the Mattress Bed in my room. I love the idea to stay inside the Campus and it was Wonderful and Perfect. Definitely going back to Boston and staying with you guys. FYI Public Transportation is available Walking Distance and it’s so easy to go Downtown.

Just & Only The Mattress Bed needs to be replaced. Other than that it looks good and great.

THE location for an event at Temple University was perfect. Lovely part of campus. Reasonable, safe parking available as well. Liked having coffee shop/breakfast next door. The room was quiet considering it was on a college campus.

It's no secret that the neighborhood around Temple U is challenging. Not a place to base yourself for any touristy Philly things, but if your business is at Temple, stay here. You will to go back to Center City for decent dining, however. Food Trucks were only open M-F. Bed is soft, but we slept well despite that. Oddball thing: Check in was a bit weird as our room was already occupied! Staff was helpful and surprised as well.

If your stay has anything to do with Temple, you can't beat the location! The staff are very pleasant and friendly. There are several dining options within a few minutes walk along with public transit facilities. Having a top notch coffee shop attached to the building is really nice.

Rooms are a little dated and the floor creaked in one spot which was difficult to avoid. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room given there was floor space that would have accommodated one. Parking can be really tricky if the 7/11 and Maxis crowd decide to park in marked Conwell Inn spaces, but that's not the hotel's fault. Despite a police substation directly adjacent to the hotel, we still got followed by panhandlers while walking to dinner.
