Clean. Safe. New and modern interior design. Very near to IndeGo bike rental station.

The air conditioning is much too loud for a modern apartment. The trains on the elevated railway are quite loud. Since there are absolutely no parking spaces available and you are only allowed to park on the street for a maximum of three hours during the day, if you can even find a space, information from the landlord about the nearest parking garages and their rates would have been very useful and would have saved a lot of stress (for example, as we found out: LAZ Parking - 1400 N Howard St. = $20/24h).

It was like staying at an airbnb, but nicer and cleaner. We were given a code for the front door and the apartment itself. We had no issues accessing the lobby or the apartment. Apartment was very clean. Couch was a pull out, so could technically fit up to 4 people in the space. Bed was a memory foam mattress but actually comfy. Closet was gigantic! And it doubled as a changing room for us.

We were given a little over half a roll of toilet paper. Would have like at least another roll. And a box of tissues. There was the tissue box holder but it was completely empty. Also, more towels. Since it's not quite a hotel, I think more towels right off the bat would have been a little more appropriate. It was a little sad that the record player just seemed like it was there for decor and didn't actually work (and only had 1 record). The water pressure kind of sucked/wish they had a handheld for washing hair.

The location is great. Fishtown has seen so much development. The place is very nice and cozy. It has a full kitchen, so it can be a great spot for longer stays. It is located very conveniently to a lot of restaurants and places to go in one of the coolest parts of town.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. I don't think there was anything we didn't like. I don't think there was anything we didn't like. I don't think there was anything we didn't like. It was clean and very COZY! The apartment was beautiful. The building was quiet, so it was a relaxing and restful stay. The customer service was amazing. Whenever I reached out with a question, I received a timely response. Even the other guests were very nice to talk to.

The parking isn't good. We drove around for a good while. It was really hard to find any. It's a busy street so double parking to unload was challenging. We ended up parking three blocks away.

Location wasn't too bad, it wasn't super central but it was close enough that it wasn't a major hassle. The price reflects this. If you're a savvy traveler you didn't have to pay for parking. If you're hunting for cheese steaks some of the best spots are all 10-15 mins away tops.

The refrigerator smelled like something died in it. Some bathroom fixtures were broken. The room was ice cold when I came in, and the HVAC system was annoying with how loud the fans were. Had to turn up thr volume of the TV to hear properly.

The place was in an excellent location. Close to food, gas, bars, and transportation if not using a vehicle. Entrance and Apartment was very clean and inviting. The rooftop at night is beautiful. Definitely booking for next year.

There was a small miscommunication. And no parking had to pay a lot fee. But all was handled pretty promptly. Found lot 1320 N. Front St.

Upscale property in a great location. Nice restaurants within walkable distances. We also liked going to the rooftop for an impromptu wine tasting party overlooking downtown Philly.

Parking can be a bit challenging but we managed to get spots right across the street.

Very cute, private, cozy apartment, great view in a great neighborhood staff very friendly and very easy to work with you if you need a late check out or another day! Very reasonable price!!

Only thing that would have made it exceptional is a hot tub on the roof, I also asked for the room with kids bunk beds but everything worked out.

Great place. Very roomy, clean and well supplied. Everything worked great and I appreciated the air conditioning during the very hot 3 days. Host communicated clearly and fast. The location was outstanding right in the heart of Fishtown and close to the L Line. Parking can be tricky.

Just parking, but that is not the host fault.

Everything. The apartment, the location and most especially the Host who was always checking on us to make sure we were okay and our needs were met during our stay.

The TV remote. Took 3 days to fix the issue with the remote. But it was not a big problem for us.
