The location was great! The host was very responsive. Upon arrival, our code did not work, but they were quick to respond and provide the correct code.

It was very noisy. You could hear what was going on outside, and you could hear the people upstairs like they were just next to you. Their voices and their footsteps. If you are a light sleeper that might be an issue.

Location was good- in a quieter neighborhood. WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom/kitchen were nice and spacious. Water pressure was nice as well with shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. Options for luggage storage outside of the room if needed which was also a plus. Was also provided with ear plugs/white noise machine and snacks/water at check in. Communication was timely and they took my feedback to make future stays even better.

Booking had this filtered under parking available- it is very limited, time dependent street parking (max 2-3 hours depending on the street, M-F with variations on time frame), and I had to park in a nearby parking garage for $30/day. Unit 1 had a lot of the unit facing the street and/or sidewalk, allowing a lot of extra noise and noise from the wind with the door. Despite that, the street wasn’t super busy and ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided which was thoughtful and a good solution.

The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, and necessary kitchen utensils including scissors and a dishwasher. The TV can project using the Roku TV Stick, which I think is very good. Additionally, the staff were very responsible. When there was noise disturbance, they proactively asked us about our situation and had resolved the issue by the next day. I really like it and would probably book this place again next time.

The only thing I didn’t really like was that the sofa and the mattress were both too soft, which wasn’t so comfortable for me because I have a bad back.

It’s exceptionally spacious and clean. This is my second Sosuite property and stay and it’s way more value than you’d get from Philadelphia’s notoriously overpriced hotels.

Location is in a neighborhood without any close options for parking. It’s really bad. You’re competing with the corrupt Philadelphia Parking Authority (I was once a Philly resident) and local residents who need street parking for their daily lives. I would not advise getting a rental and staying at this property AT ALL. It’s located close enough to much of Olde City (technically in Olde City) where it’s a nice walk to a host of restaurants, night life to a degree, cafes and bars. Anything further an Uber is more than convenient. This Sosuite location is dog friendly so if you have pet allergies reconsider.

The location is awesome! Right in old city! Plenty of street parking! Spacious and has everything you need… plus it’s pet friendly!

There needs to be carpeting or another rug in the upstairs apartments. You can hear EVERYTHING!! And if they drop something? It’s like a boulder falling on your head! Also, the caulk in the shower needs to be replaced ASAP. It’s black!

didn't like that the price was set for one reasonable level, then by the time you add taxes and fees, plus pet fees, plus pet deposit, you're at a totally different level. I found the registration process off-putting (sending a photo of my ID) and between about 4 emails and 4 texts after booking the room it still wasn't clear where to park, how to sign in to the main entrance or room. also the hallways smelled "off." felt like it was a masked stench.

I have an excellent stay.The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is convenient and central to most places. The staff was very responsive when you needed assistance even on a weekend. 👍

The price was a bit pricey but worth it. We stayed at unit 1, which is at the corner of the building with a different entrance and access code. Thank God the staff was very responsive with my phone inquiry on a Friday evening to explain how to get to unit 1.

Nice, roomy apartment. The kitchen was stocked with nice pots, pans, dinnerware, even a washer and dryer. Traveling with an infant, it was a huge convenience.

The people downstairs banged ferociously on the ceiling often and they reported noise at 8pm. They did so in the afternoon also, we had to tiptoe all day and night. It was outrageous and no fun whatsoever. We were in fear of eviction every time our 6 month old baby cried.

The place was beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer in the building.

The parking situation was awful. The listing says there's parking available which led me to assume it meant on site parking or nearby parking. It would have been fine had it just been myself and my husband but we were traveling with two young kids so it was difficult. Otherwise the place was amazing. Everything we needed for an overnight stay was there

Everything was convenient we didn’t need to bring anything but our clothes and ourselves. The property was clean great stay at this property.

There was nothing that didn’t meet expectations.
