The space was very well thought out - comfortable and easy. Spacious too. Well equipped - with extra little touches like earplugs and toiletries. Great value for Philly. Easy to access with 2-hour free parking on the streets around with a few rare spots free.

Maybe access without a car or parking for longer periods with a car. Location was great for our need.

The location was good for my purposes. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything I needed.

The door code was hard to use so I relied on the phone key, ands sometimes that needed multiple tries. There were times when the other visitors were not as quiet as I would have liked. The recommended parking garage filled up on Saturday night and it was hard to find another, so I had to park on the street.

I came here for a Memorial Service and two other adults were there who were part of the family. We came from three different locations. I am very thankful, and I like the location. It did meet my expectations and standards. I did use Lyft often due to being away from the city of Phila. Lyft was very expensive for all the places we went just for the Memorial Services. We did not do the site seems due to focusing on what we came for and not having enough time to visit museums and other attractions We enjoyed the rooftop setting. We had breakfast out there. The sky was lovely and even made the pictures beautiful. The entire place had large windows with great sunlight coming in. The Franklin Bridge was the view. The other buildings' views were great. Finally, I can say it is A place where you can enjoy it. A place where you can transform. A place where you can take terrific pictures on the rooftop and around the building area.

The property has a good location, although it is near the highway, and the cleanliness is pretty good. Also, everything looks new, and I really enjoyed my stay!

The property doesn't have a park. If you have a car, you'll have to park on the street or in public parking nearby. A lot of noise comes inside because it is next to the highway.

A fully furnished apartment with all the conveniences one might want. After a week of exploring different cities and sleeping in hotels, having a washing machine and dryer is a blessing. Convenient way of accessing the building using a code or mobile phone.

Apartment was great, clean, roomy. My only Complaint is noise outside due to traffic /highway but by second night I made sure to play music. The rooftop was amazing, especially at night! The kids loved it !Awesome location- close walk to old city . Will def book again!

There is no desk provided. It will be better if a desk and a chair are available for some ad-hoc working needs.

I had everything I needed, is so cozy and comfortable, it was perfect for my family we are my two little brothers and my mom, we didn’t struggle with the space and the location is awesome, we could get close to everything here. The kitchen is good and I love that we have washing and dryer machine to use.

Great location in the historical part of the city. Spacious, clean apartment furnished in a very nice, modern design. The entire building seems still very new. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea, dishwasher tabs, detergent, kitchen towels, shower gel, shampoo etc provided. Very comfortable bed.

Would have given the place a 10, if it wasn't so noisy. Building is right next to a highway crossing. I am a good sleeper, but needed the provided white noise generator to not get woken up at night. Earplugs are provided. There seems no personnel present. Upon arrival on a Saturday, light bulbs of both bedroom lights were broken and were only replaced 48 hours later (on Monday).

The area was quiet, not a lot of foot traffic. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Having to find parking was a chore, it would have been nice to have a designated parking space. Even at an extra charge.
