American Airlines canceled our flight from Rome on December 6 and rescheduled the flight yo December 7. I sent a message to Booking. com not to cancel our reservation and that we would be arriving on December 7 instead. When we arrived at the Hampton Inn we eeee told our reservation was in fact canceled. Fortunately the Hampton Inn had a room for us but we were required to pay for that room even though we had already paid for two nights through Booking.com. The Hampton Inn told us that we had to contact Booking.com for a refund for being charged twice for the room. Our reservation number was 4725704372. Kindly issue the refund for the double payment for the night of December 7 to our original method of payment. Thank you

Awesome staff. Good location close to interstate and places to eat. Enjoyed the breakfast. Nice clean facility.

The elevators seem antient compared to the rest of the facility. Breakfast was great but one of the days it had pork in it so me and the family could not eat.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location for us was convenient to where we needed to go.

The only reason for 9/10 was due to an off smell. Not sure if it was something they cleaned with or if it was actually something in the room that we couldn't pinpoint.

The staff was very pleasant I am going to definitely use this hotel again maybe bring my son so we can play in the pool

The only thing I didnt like was the area for breakfast was too small it should be bigger to accommodate the amount of people to be able to sit there and have breakfast and move around comfortable while getting their breakfast

My wife smelled a faint funk on the sheets. We called the front desk about it. We also noticed the Fridge and AC were not plugged in. The maintenance guy took care of it and the housekeeper put all new sheets. Everything was fine after that.

There was NO handicapped parking. Median between the closest parking and the lobby was topped by large stones. The concrete pad from the portico to the parking lot had benches blocking access (located between cars). Handicapped room shower curtain was to too short flooding the room.

Very clean and everyone who works there sincerely polite and put the guests first.

We happened to be there while they were cleaning the building so when we were at the pool we listened to generators. But that was just bad timing. The building looks great and this proves why!

The room was nice I liked how their was a hook to hang stuff outside the closet the bathroom shelves the shower was nice covers and pillow very comfortable

How their was joining rooms

The room was huge! Comfy beds and pillows. Big bathroom too. And the star of the show was a huge breakfast selection! From eggs, sausages to waffles and everything else, it was excellent. A great way to fuel up before heading out! Will definitely be back.

During breakfast, I liked the variety offered. There was something of your liking. I also liked how the kitchen staff kept everything well stocked. They were friendly and courteous. Additionally, the dining area was clean and well kept. As for the location of the Hotel, I give it a 10 out of 10. It's off the highway, close to various shops and restaurants. A variety of routes can be used in going to and fro. Overall, I love the location!

The pool could have been better. Because of its look, I did not go in. It was not attractive! It gave no feeling to try it. The pool water and area did not look clean. The umbrellas seemed to be falling apart. It looks like the pool area is not well kept. For me, one of the things that entices me to stay at a hotel, is its pool and this one looked awful!
