Quite & good location

The staff lady that was assigned to the breakfast detail in the morning. Wasn’t very nice & I had asked for French vanilla creamer because the creamer that was put out I tried it and didn’t like it. And I asked the staff member assigned to the breakfast detail & the morning receptionist told me the yes there was French vanilla creamer but that they wasn’t going to bring it out because there was another creamer out already. And if I didn’t want the creamer that was put out. Then they basically I guess you won’t be having Coffee this morning. Because the staff refused to bring out French vanilla creamer. I will RENT A ROOM FROM THERE EVER AGAIN.

Loud neighbors in the middle.of the night woke us up at 12:30am

The rooms were clean and the idea that the sitting area was separate from bed. The breakfast was great skiing with the host Sonja. Front desk Aseesha, and Linda were exceptional

The housekeeping policy was very poor. There is no way for the housekeeper to make tips if they don’t accommodate stay overs worth towels and trash pick up along with preparing the floor to beclean

I felt safe and secure at a time where I was displaced from my home due to maintenance issues. The staff was always super-friendly.

Neighbors would bang on the wall or door at the slightest noise I made when in the room. However, noise-cancelling headphones allowed me to enjoy the peace of my room to ignore their rowdiness.

If you like a firm bed, you got it here. Fridge worked perfectly. Needed more towels, Front desk had some on hand to accommodate, no problem. Much Higher quality than the previous one I had stayed in. I stayed away from this chain for 10 years because of my previous bad experience. Exceeded expectations.

The tub glazing was worn out looking. Could have offered a complimentary bottle of water in the room in the summer. The room chair was quite small.

Oh, the lication waa great!!!! I didnt have any breakfaat down stairs. Wonderful to have Walmart so near by and the main bridges so close for traveling. I loved the location. It was so convenient to go from PA back to the hotel. 😃

Well, in room 211 on our last night to stay, the people in room 211 waa allowing their.kods to play in the halls like it was their own provate gome. They were up making noise up to about 11:00pm at night. My sister was very irritated with it. I ignored it and watched TV, but that should not happen in any hotel. Also .I had to call down stairs and complain that someone waa.smoking in the hall. I believe I heard the front desk person looking into it. I know people sneak and amoke in a non smoking hotel, but I have never had kids playing and making noise in a hotel. Other than that, all went well.

It was in a great location. Near restaurants & stores. Staff was polite.

Bathtub in Bathroom had chipped paint which is lead.

The location was really very good. Even my bank was near by. I love having Walmart right across the way. That was so very convenient. The hotel is very comfortable and made me feel at home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay. I love that it's a non smoking hotel Someone was smoking one evening and I called the front desk and I heard someone taking care of it in about 25 mins or less. That was very comforting to know it was being dealt with. Yes, I would recommend this hotel. They had a crew putting down rugs one whole day, but they didnt get in my way or enconvenience my errand task. I think the 2 ladies at the front deak could be a little more pleaasant when being approached by guest, but all in all I enjoyed myself and will miss it.🙂

I think the 2 front desk ladies could be more pleasant. Excluding the African American lady. But I still enjoyed staying there.

Such a great hotel Ac works super well. The bathroom is super nice. Redone tubs and super nice quality towels. Breakfast was so gooood!!!!
