The desk worker was very nice, polite and helpful. The room was basically clean but seemed like the bathroom needed mopped before we got there because there were shoe prints and stuff on the floor. Breakfast was very good for being continental. Overall, the hotel was clean, smelled good and friendly.

(1) The bed was nice & clean but very hard. My ribs hurt the entire time. (2) There's only 1 small trash can by the desk and none at all in the bathroom. So, we had to keep moving it back and forth. What if it was "that time of month" for the female? (3) There's only 1 comfortable chair to watch TV and I had to sit in the desk chair. Overall, we felt with a king size bed room for 2 occupants, there should have been 2 comfy chairs and table (to eat at and the such) in order to watch TV and a trash can in both the bathroom & the main room.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Floors in the elevator didn't appear to be cleaned each day. They are currently doing renovations, and based on some deferred maintenance in our room that's necessary. I would recommend adding more hooks in the bathroom for hanging of towels, etc. along with coat hooks and benches within the room. I stayed in a few different rooms in this particular hotel and there was not consistency in furnishings and the deferred maintenance was present in each room. Other Hampton Inns I have stayed in have the additional hooks and benches so hope that will be considered when renovating the Turnersville location.

the size of the rooms were good as well as the ability to have two rooms attached via a door. The linens seemed clean as well as the rugs. I enjoyed the varriation in breakfast.

Thefan was not on in the elevators and the slight muskiness in the hallways. The decor is a little dated and the tv to small and too far away from the bed. the halways were also a bit dark on the third floor as you exit the elevator. Also, the caulking in certain areas needed attention. The pillows were flat and didn't keep their shape for very long

I arrived in an Uber with my physically and mentally disabled sister. I was extremely touched by ALL of the staff during our stay. Every single one of them showed us so much compassion and kindness. I had just rescued my sister from a house of horrors where she was abandoned by her caretaker and left in deplorable conditions. We needed a place to stay until my husband could get back to us from Pennsylvania. Even after checking out, they allowed us to stay on the property until we were safely picked up. If I could hug the staff, I would. Thank you just isn't enough to express my gratitude.

Our floor was a bit noisy. Our toilet clogged too. The shower looked like it needed redone

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was excellent.

Room was nice but in the basement with window facing back of building and dumpster. Pool not operating. Wish it was closer to Rowan University.

Our electronic key did not work when we got home from our event. The night time manager did fin$ a way to get us in. Thought the day time receptionist could have smiled.

Everything was good.

Clean safe convenient for our parents wknd stay

Our room had low water pressure poor hot water and wall paper in bathroom was blistering and pulling away from wall but room size and bed were good free breakfast adequate friendly service and nicely located for our needs and trip

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room temperature was very comfortable and the amenities were readily available. I even enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Checking in and out was also a breeze. Everything functioned in my room including the coffee machine. Also, I loved the coffee setup that was readily available all day for the customers.

The beds were so comfortable. The blanket was so comfortable. Breakfast was very good

It was so hard to figure out the remotes for the tv. We did not figure them Out

Convenient for the purpose of my visit to NJ.

No ability to control HVAC. Controls seemed to be set on auto pilot. Room was too warm at times.
