Overall, I would give this place and 8 out of 10 for the type of hotel it is. (2 star) Good price. The room was a little dusty, a lot of straight hairs. Not enough towels for two adults and two kids. Beds were comfortable. My kids had a ton of fun in the pool, which was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly all around.

The property itself could’ve been a little cleaner. A lot of overflowing garbage cans in the back. In fairness the property was very busy. There is a very weird smell to the place. Our room was very musty smelling I think it’s the type of disinfectant they use. Smells like vinegar or very sour scent.

The rooms were updated and super clean. The linens smelled good and were freshly washed. Spoke with the housekeeper...super friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and well maintained. Good selections to choose from. We also requested a roll away bed. This was brand new and very comfortable.

All of the Marijuana smoking on the property. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool. My family had to leave the pool area due to the constant pot smoking from guests. The dispensary right next door was also a let down. The breakfast items could have jiff pb cups for toast, bananas,, etc... other than that, we enjoyed the food

This property is honestly a hidden gem! The outside might make you question what on the inside but it truthfully doesn't disappoint. The rooms are spacious, clean and renovated. Not to mention the porch access from the room that overlooks the pool- which is also a plus!

My only complaint about my experience would be my interactions with the staff member working during breakfast. This is my second time starting at this property and I've had the same experience with her both times. While she does a great job keeping the area clean, she micromanages your every move which made me feel very uncomfortable. While making a waffle, she questioned me on what I was putting in the trash and if it was syrup then complained to me about what other guests do. She cleans off tables before the family is truly done getting up then slams the chairs in disrupting the room. It makes you feel rushed to get out which is exactly what I did.

We loved the atmosphere! The receptionist was super helpful when we had a little mix up at check in. We also loved how close it was to many stores and restaurants.

We stayed overnight. The rooms must have been updated, and it was done well. Still the popcorn ceilings but everything else was very nice. It was very clean. Bathroom was large, plenty of towels. Again, clean. We didn't hear any of the other visitors, it was very quiet. Only 2 things that were off - couldn't keep the bathroom door open without a towel; it was hot after our showers, and needed it cool down. We think there were steel drums under the beds? A couple of times when plopping ourselves onto them, we heard a hollow, metal sound. It happened a couple of times, but it wasn't a big thing. We laughed. Great place, definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, hot meals for breakfast, convenient location to Highway and the Wawa which provide provides gas and food.

This is the location that I have used multiple times visiting family. Unfortunately reconsidering using the location due to the new building, going up next-door and the possible increase in legal recreations happening in the area. That involves New marijuana dispensary being built on the property butting the side of the hotel. Also, first room offered had doors that didn’t lock and the bathroom was in need of updating. Breakfast is only available for a very short period of time. This is inconvenient, especially when you’re on vacation and sleeping in after arriving late.

The updated room that we stayed in, provided us with the accommodations that we need it. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Times of breakfast made a challenge when on vacation and needing sleep. Husband would usually bring breakfast to me and did not due to the sign of not permitting for food to go back to the room. Also disappointed to say that there will be no future stays the location due to the new marijuana dispensary going up next-door and the possibility increase of legal/illegal events that can occur in the area due to it. Also to the fact that the air would be polluted by those who may participate in the recreation.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the pool was a nice size

On our last night there the air conditioning broke down and we were horrible 🥵 hot and couldn't sleep from the heat. I called the front desk and they said turn it up to 70 degrees and if that doesn't work call back and they would see about moving US to a different place.But it makes no sense to move us at 1:30 AM and leave at 6:30 AM to hit the road home.

Right next to WAWA and other eateries. Down the street from highway/interstate. Online pics were great and matched rooms perfectly. Be warned property entrance gives a impression of soso quality, but please don't judge a book by cover. Lobby lady was a bit court, but understandable once she expressed computer issues. Otherwise very friendly staff including her after initial meet.

Would've been nice to know some construction going on literally next door. Thankfully we had plans during the day.

I stayed for a night and staff members were very kind and polite. The room was quite wide, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.
