Breakfast options were good for either a light or hearty appetite. Plenty of fresh, hot coffee was provided.

Carpet in the hallways could have used a good, deep cleaning. In our room itself, a sitting area with a couch, the couch/sofa could use a good deep cleaning also. We didn't want to sit or use it due to looking and feeling 'unclean'. That defeated the purpose of a room with a sitting area.

Pool was kinda green looking, ice cold, & there was so much chlorine in it that the kids couldn’t comfortable swim. My 2 year olds lips and hands turned purple very quickly so we just got out. Which made her sad. Found hair on the bathroom floor which was gross.

Wonderful full hot breakfast. Great selection of hot and cold breakfast foods. Fresh food, very clean breakfast area. Seating was perfect for one or more persons dining. When I travel, it is nice to have an eating area that you feel comfortable when you do not have a traveling companion.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professionalism polite...she got me right into a first floor room as requested and assured me the pool was in fact open. Me and my kids had a blast.

The shower in our king sized bed room, did not have a tub which I kind of wanted but it was definitely not a deal breaker.

I appreciated the quiet and comfy bed. The staff were friendly and it was a very quick check in. The entire place was clean andy daughter and I felt very comfortable. The set up of the room was perfect for her school work during the day and there were no glitches with the internet. Nice spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and mirrors. The closet in the room is huge and the full body mirror was the perfect to check yourself before leaving for business. I looked at the pool and gym area but didn't have time to try it. They did look very clean. Also there are plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area for all your needs. Excellent location. This is a nice, comforting and relaxing property and would use again for business or leisure.

The refrigerator could have used defrosting but that isn't major.

We stay here every year for Christmas to see nearby family. Great location, clean, super breakfast, nice size rooms and comfy beds.

I liked almost everything. Very clean and pest free!!! I enjoyed my time at the hotel.

More toiletries available throughout my stay. Body wash, hand soap, and conditioner were all empty on our first day. I asked for refills by calling the front desk, but I never got them. The pool is really small for the size of the hotel.

The room was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable. The facility was clean.

I didnt like the way the door opened outward for the bathroom.

The 2 queen beds were perfect for our family and comfortable. The suite had enough space for our 3 year old to play while we were in the room. This was our second stay and it was much better because staff put us on the 4th floor instead of the 1st. Huge difference for noise. We have family 5 minutes away so we will definitely be returning.

The light switches in our room didn't seem to work. Also the bathtub drain was dislodged. We were only there for about 15 hours so nothing major but had we stayed more than a night I think it would have bothered us.
