Free parking, very kind staff, VERY clean room! Also very safe as you need key cards to enter the building. Staff was very very helpful in fixing a reservation that a third-party had messed up.

The only negative feedback I have is that our TV did not work and the Wi-Fi did not work at all either. I saw several reviews about the Wi-Fi never working and I chose to stay there anyways because I personally did not need Wi-Fi but if you need to work during your stay, the Internet is not accessible here.

I liked the location of it it was very convenient with where I was heading everyday. I loved how clean it was, and the staff was very nice.

Honestly, we had no problems with the property. Maybe having to take out our own trash but we really didn’t mind it!

Pleasantly surprised! Seems to be a new hotel, or at least newly renovated - everything was very clean, very nice looking. There was a full kitchen in my room: big fridge, stovetop, even a dishwasher. I only stayed for one night after working late in Philly so had no need for the kitchen, but if that’s something that would help you in your travels, this is the place. Unfortunately there is no coffee maker, that’s something I would think they’d include. Instead of the dishwasher maybe…. But there are lots of other positives: The desk staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, efficient. No carpeting - just clean floors, so you feel safe walking barefoot (carpets in hotel rooms are never clean). You can open the window a little to get fresh air, not just recirculated air conditioning. And a good price, when I booked.

As mentioned: no coffee maker (tho a Starbux less than half a mile away); mattress a little too firm for me, but I’m old.

The lobby was very clean and smelled nice . The room was spacious. The hotel was located it a nice spot.

The hallway smelled bad , the bathroom wasn’t super clean there was hair still in my shower, the bed was small my 6’6 partner could barely fit.

I loved everything about this property it was clean and quiet friendly staff friendly guests would definitely book again

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property it would have been perfect if they had an oven I don’t think I would have left

Clean Location

The internet was not stable or reliable Some of the front desk staff were very friendly. Others won’t look up and even say hello. I was struggling to open the doors to get the luggage carrier and 2 front desk staff sat there and watched me without offering to hold the door or anything else.

Location

Hotel is pet friendly which is fine. However I would suggest pets, especially dogs be kept on the first floor. Our room was in the 2nd floor and the room directly above us had a medium to large dog which ran sound the room a great deal including very early in the morning. Needless to say it didn’t help getting a good nights sleep.

The room was clean and convenient and exceeded my expectations. Also it was very affordable!

The internet did not work most of the time and with having to pay for the faster internet I thought that would make it work better but unfortunately there were still constant issues where it just wouldn't connect.

I love the room it was so nice it was right around the corner from my job & the bed was comfortable an everything was nice I will be back again to stay again u 100% have my business, thank u

Nothing everything was perfect

All of the staff were accommodating and professional. The room was clean. It was an all around good experience.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better.
