The check in process was smooth, updated hotel and room was very nice. No issues with noise, nice location, convenient snacks to buy near front desk.

The king bed we were in felt like it tilted towards the middle- if we were sleeping on either edge we felt like we kept rolling into the middle. We had 4 different people ask us if we were checking out the last morning despite indicating online in the mobile checkout that we were checking out at 11. We told 2 different housekeepers who asked that “no we aren’t leaving quite yet” at 10am. We also told the front desk who called our room around the same time. Yet we still had someone walk into our room thinking we had already checked out at 10:30 because they thought our door was open? Was very annoying; I understand mistakes happen and they are trying to stay on schedule but it was really bothersome and unprofessional.

Exceptional cleanliness. And the non smoking room really smelled non smoking. Big deal for me. Quiet and comfortable.

The facility and staff were welcoming, clean and conveniently located near food options. Its proximity to the 295 Turnpike makes it easy to access and helps avoid the heavy traffic commonly found on Route 130.

Its location. This hotel is located behind other businesses and not directly visible from the main road, which makes it harder for people to locate, especially given the high volume and speed traffic along the 130 Route.

The value for this hotel was unbeatable for the weekend we stayed and the area we were traveling. We needed a pet friendly hotel and preferred a room that had a separate seating area/suite for our young kids to sleep. We booked a suite and were pleasantly surprised when we had a whole second adjoining room! There was a cold breakfast in the morning which was good enough for our family. Would absolutely stay again.

There were a few areas in our room that looked incomplete- paint jobs that didn’t seem quite finished. But the room itself was clean! At breakfast the microwave was a bit temperamental and it was hard to find a staff member to bring more coffee. Waited a bit for coffee to come out.

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's hard to find a hotel with both that made my nights sleep amazing. This was the main reason why I was delighted with my room. Also the hotel was quiet. It was fully booked this weekend but very peaceful as they enforced quiet hours in respect for the guests staying here.

The lighting in the room. The rooms are long in length but didn't provide adequate lighting to give it more of a cozy feel. It was sufficient but could be better.

Could only get one towel and washcloth after being at the hotel for 5 days. Some of the front desk staff were great. Others would just look up at me and give me a look like I shouldn’t be there. Today took the cake though. As I was extending my stay for work the front desk man said “ just so you know you can’t stay here for more than 30 days” and gave me a hard look of disdain. I’m not homeless. I promise. This is really unfortunate because otherwise I’ve had an overall great stay.

It was clean quiet and staff was friendly

The property needs to update their staff and policies regarding Service Animals. They request identification for ADA covered dogs. This is against the laws of the ADA. I provided information of my service dog at the request of the property via email to the manager. I also included information and a link to the ADA website to clarify what the property is and is not permitted to ask for that information . It is discriminatory and violates disability rights. I did not receive a response to my email and that is in poor taste. If it happened to someone not as understanding as myself the property could be at risk of being legally acted upon.

My stay was excellent. The hotel and staff were great, especially housekeeping. I had a great room and location for me to see customers within a 90-minute radius of the hotel. Restaurants "a-plenty" with Applebees walkable with many more along rt 73

Breakfast very helpful to start the day. Location is very helpful, in the heart of where you want to go make It easy of your trip.

Be perfect if have hot breakfast. It use to had hot breakfast every morning but had change when Covid And Covid was over , they should go back for hot breakfast at lease on weekend

The location was conveniently accessible, clean facility, the concierge was courteous and prompt during check-in. Room was comfortable aside from a slight odour which was tolerable, not enough to complain about. |

In addition to the slight odour in the room, had to reset my room key card for the second night although it was booked for two nights in advance, slight inconvenience yet was promptly situated.
