Location was ideal to restaurants and Philadelphia downtown only 19 minutes!

My room was missing towels/ No HandSoap Dispenser was missing/ no tissue box or toilet paper rolls. Requested items to the front desk only provided me 2 towels/tissue boxes: 1 toilet paper roll and 1 small face soap. I advised they would send up the rest and never showed up with items. Very surprised Hilton is an attention to detail hotel. Housekeeping didn't find my sons items left behind. Very suspicious behaviors from housekeeping employees during our stay.

The room was clean except the floor at the entrance was sticky. The bathroom was clean except the bathroom tile floor was very sticky when walking on it. The lighting in the bathroom was great. Appreciate the towel hooks.

I didn't like that the lighting in the room was dark. The desk chair was stained and gross looking. The chair should have been vinyl or leather. I don't know if the room was supposed to have an ironing board but there wasn't one available.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice beds and pillows

Lights in work out room turn off after 15 minutes Breakfast could be better - more healthy options - fruit, granola, healthy cereals would be good.

Location was good and near restaurants and shopping.

The room had an odor to it. We did not complain about it and just dealt with it, but it definitely smelled odd.

The hotel is very new and clean. Every staff person I met from cleaning staff to management was happy and helpful. The room was a nice size for the price, was very clean and comfortable. I've stayed at other hotels in the area but taking everything into consideration, this is now my favorite and I will be back.

Breakfast was fine. Nothing special, but better than lower-priced hotels. There were no other negatives.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The location was close to our family that we were visiting and to the mall. The location is was close to restaurants. The only issue we had was on our last night there with the noise next door, we called the front desk and the situation was handled immediately. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Sweetest person welcomed us at the front desk and it was everything you want in a quick trip hotel. Clean, they gave us water, refrigerator was quiet. Room was quiet. Breakfast was great.

Can’t think of anything

I loved that the room was clean, cool and welcoming when I walked in. Staff was super polite and friendly when I checked in and out. Also thought it was very neat that the TV had a welcome message on it!

Room was near the ice machine, and staff hung out overnight there being mildly loud. Wish that had been kept to a minimum, but wasn't disturbed enough to mention during stay.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was excellent! Beds were comfortable. Lots of nice storage.

The bathroom door in our room was a sliding barn door and took all my strength and both arms too push open and close which was inconvenient when the others were sleeping. And also there was a pull tab missing on the door so it was bare wood.

It was really comfortable, loved my room and the amount of space

The only thing was the breakfast. They ran out of a lot of stuff and didn’t have many things to choose from but not a big deal at all.
