My husband and I traveled for a concert at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. The hotel was very close to the event, very easy to get to the event and then back to the hotel. The staff were all super friendly. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was also friendly and kept everything very well stocked and clean. The rooms very very clean and the beds very very comfortable. We had a view of the pool which looked very clean and really nice, it was too chilly for a swim but it really looked inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who is traveling to this area 😊😊😊😊😊

For the price you're paying, I think they need to be updated more. They didn't have any smart tvs, which I was hoping they did for my kids so we could use our streaming services. They had the most basic cable, so no cartoon network for my kids to watch, they had 1 disney channel but not the one my youngest likes to watch.. They should definitely upgrade. I stayed at a different hotel the previous week, and they were all upgraded. The tvs, etc. And they also had complimentary breakfast and was a lot cheaper than this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The value for money was outstanding, providing everything we needed and more at a very reasonable rate. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that catered to all our tastes. It truly set a positive tone for our days. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, finding the accommodations comfortable and the service impeccable. One of the highlights was the free parking, which made our visit even more convenient. Overall, our stay at Best Western was wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future. I like the beautiful autumn leaves in the car park. The bed was solid and comfortable. Pillows were a little flat but was okay for a week. The air con and heater worked very well and the temperature was easy to set. The mini fridge had perfect amount of space to store a large bottle of water and left over food. Even though the hair dryer was small, it could dry my hair quickly. The house keeping was great! They made the bed nicely and placed my plushie in a respectful manner on the bed. The drive in is convenient if you are being picked up and dropped off. It's a non-smoking place, no smoking smells inside the hotel. The free breakfast is okay, enough choices to keep you full until brunch/lunch.

There's no lift. So if you have to go to the second floor, you'll have to carry your suitcase up the stairs. Only provide soaps and shampoos.

When we arrived at the Best Western to check in, the clerk said he remembered my name from. About 2 years ago. I didn't really believe him, so I asked if it was about this same time of year? He said, "No, it was around Christmas time." I was blown away! The breakfast bar was so nice. I like having a free breakfast with my hotel. I love making waffles and pancakes and eggs and hash! It was really delicious! The people were nice and the food was delicious 😋

I honestly think biscuits & gravy should be offered every day, but that's just my southern taste buds!

I loved the cleanliness, the breakfast, location, friendly staff, price, and the comfortable beds. My children really enjoyed the pool! We were in town to visit family and visit Atlantic City and loved that we weren’t too far away from everything. We checked in late due to traffic and coming from a different state, and the front desk was very helpful. We also had a late checkout and were able to enjoy the pool a little longer. Will definitely be back!

Excellent staff, nice and clean common areas, nice and clean room and the hotel provided excellent cleaning service each day. Very good value and excellent location close to Route 295, gas stations, restaurants and convenience stores.

There was nothing that I did not like about my five day stay. It was an excellent value

This was a great place for going back and forth to historic sites in Philadelphia! Far enough away from the crowds and crazy highways, but not a long drive to get anywhere. Not until you get to the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Philly side. Reviews of the town said it was safe, and we never saw any reason to doubt that. The hotel was interesting -- loooong hallways -- but it made it fun and interesting. And great artwork of historic Philly everywhere. Beds and pillows were super comfortable (why can't we take those pillows home?) ;) Staff was friendly and helpful. We were scheduled to stay 5 nights, but because of a family emergency, we had to leave before the last night -- the staff very graciously took the last night off of our bill. I know, technically they had to because of the cancellation policy, but it was nice to not have to argue about it, but instead to be shown compassion at a stressful time.

Very friendly staff, helpful with providing toiletries we did not have. Clean room and breakfast room.

The hotel is in an isolated location; there is nothing nearby, if you do not have a car. (We stayed there because we were stranded during a layover at the Philadelphia airport, and closer hotels were all full.)

The breakfast was very good. I rarely eat scrambled eggs when I travel, but I decided to try scrambled eggs. I was pleasantly surprised because the eggs were tasty, and the sausage and potatoes cooked well. There is a wide selection of breakfast foods to choose from. The staff was friendly.

USB outlets should be placed in each room. I forgot my phone charger and thought my room would have a USB charger. I have to use the USB outlet in the lobby to charge my phone. This required that I wait in the lobby for my phone to charge up.
