The breakfast every morning was delicious - lots of choices, clean. The staff was terrific, everyone said hello and was friendly. Parking was plentiful. Towels comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

There was no metal bar to hang the toiler paper on. Maintenance came right away to fix it but it was bent so we just put the toilet paper on the sink counter. The safe would not work. Maintenance could not fix it so we took our few valuables with us when we left. The tub floor was slippery - always an issue with us when we travel because we are elderly. Bars around the tub are important to help us get in and out of the tub. WiFi was a little iffy.

The location was convenient for my trip. The room was a basic hotel room but clean and comfortable. Staff very nice.

The breakfast could be better - items were not hot and coffee wasn't hot. Also - somewhere when I booked the hotel I totally missed the area which indicates you need to pay for parking. This was a total surprise since this is not located in a city and it also is next to a Pizzaria Uno. I booked this hotel thru Booking.com so perhaps that is why I was not aware of the parking charge. Looking at my credit card charges, I see two additional charges for the same day which I don't know what they are for - one would be parking I assume. I do have to call and ask.

The front desk staff were all very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I accidentally locked my key in my room several times, and they were extremely helpful and friendly, even at 2 in the morning!

I didn't appreciate the housekeeping staff member just barging into my room without knocking! I was trying to get some rest after working all night. In one hour, she knocked 3 different times. Each time I informed her that I had extended my stay and the room was already paid for. She ignored me and continued to disrupt my sleep, even walking into my room without knocking the 4th time! An extremely rude invasion of privacy that could easily have been avoided had she done her job and checked in with the front desk staff.

It is a great location to visit our family and friends when we are in the area from North Jersey. We were staying overnight to attend a dear friends viewing and services. Leslie and Adore were so kind and accommodating. We truly felt comfortable and they made our stay feel less emotional and more relaxing. Thank you so very much. We will be back soon. All our best. It was a nice property nothing stood out to be problematic. The room was clean and fresh.

A shout out to all the ladies we encounter while we stayed here. From the front desk ladies to the housekeeping and food server. They were all very polite and friendly. The ladies at the front desk were ready to help with any issues and went the extra mile. Thank you! It really made a difference, it made our stay extra comfortable. God bless you.

It was close to many shops and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was great. They were accommodating polite and helped us get rooms close together.

I didn’t like that that there was only one ice machine on the first floor. Air conditioning was not great the second night.

Property was very well kept! Plenty of parking! The staff was very accommodating. Ron at the front desk in the afternoon/ evening was awesome! He gave us a great recommendation for a great place to get Philly Cheesesteak! Very happy with the service and the room!

I was pleasantly surprised at the sense of care given to the facility. All the staff are exceptionally pleasant and genuinely interested in our comfort. Will definitely book there again when visiting SJ.

Can't think of one thing other than being limited to one elevator due to repairs, but that was not even a big deal.

Property and rooms are kept clean. Close to plenty of places to go eat.

Can be difficult to make a left onto main road certain times of the day, close to busy highway can be noisy at times. Inside building and rooms could use a little bit of an update.
