How big the room was

All the rooms have roaches. They tried to use a bed bug machine to cover it up after I asked for a refund they put me in another room still dirty but I never got a refund back the lady tried to charge me again and said my money will be back 7 to 10 business days later it was a huge stressful situation never will I stay there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t NOT EVEN RATE THEM ONE STAR THEY DO NOT DESERVE THAT.

I didnt stay. Although it said pet friendly they said they dont allow pets but will if you pay 500 dollar non refundable charge. This is contradictory to whats on the webaite as well as their coorperate policies. They also are a location for secrion 8 housing and homless housing which i didnt know, which may be why there may be different rules? The front office was dirty and location looked a little dangerous.

The owners of the Motel should be severely penalized for their cheating approaches. They did not have available the rooms we have booked through Booking.com, even we had the confirmation of availability. They were claiming that the booking.com system is misleading and showing wrong information about the available rooms.

Dirty room and bathroom. Roaches. Knew was an issue when the guy asked me if I wanted to see the room 1st. Turned on lights roaches scattered. Guy said sorry I’ll give you roaches spray. Had no choice but to stay left the lights on

No waist cans, no lamps, no refrig or microwave plug-in available. No bathmats. One washcloth for 2 people. No shampoo, conditioner, or hairdryer. No hangers for clothes bar. No ice bucket. No water or coffee cups. No coffee maker. The entire experience was BAD. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone. Heating was good.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and booking.com is a horrible company to work with. I will never book with them again. Avoid these places at all costs.

we go lucky with a nice bed

There was a man threatening to shoot the place up and there was constant fighting outside, no front desk service, filthy room and bathroom, and zero amenities
