Everything was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Stayed 2 nights the room was refreshed while we were out and the brought us new towels. It is an old motel and it is very dated but looks like renovations were done where it counts- new flooring (no smelly carpet from the 80’s), the bathroom was updated and the bed mattress seemed new and supportive. Only saw office staff at check in and check out as there were no issues with our stay to complain about. Our encounter with the office was pleasant and professional. I got a non smoking room there was a strong smell of the cleaner they used but I turned on the AC unit and once the air circulated I was fine.

Location is great. Staff and management will always try to accommodate you with any requests made. Room was clean. Will always stay here when I am in Williamstown new jersey.

There was no breakfast available, just coffee. The man in the office, unfortunately I don't remember his name, was very accommodating. He made sure to show me how to work the remote, the heat, and all else. He brought me a charger for my phone to borrow. He just seemed to go above and beyond.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure I knew about the free coffee facilities in the office if I wanted anything they were there to help

The facility is beautiful, my room was a king sz non smoking, bathroom huge, clean (no urine odor), very comfortable, the price for 1 nite EXCELLENT VALUE!! I checked in real late, 10ish pm. I really appreciate the fact that I wasn't charged an incidental fee!!

The young man that checked me in, granted it was late, attitude needs improving, turn that frown upside down!! Last but not least!! The business has signs #2 that are very visible " we support our police". Plum Tree Inn, had my reservation was refundable, I would've canceled!! America is comprised of more than just police officers, heck your community, supporters that made you enjoy the "american dream" are more than police officers!! Kindness, empathy towards your fellow mankind, golden, no need to uplift a segment of society in such a mean-spirited way!! Disgusting!!

Could have been closer to our destination, definitely not their fault. No decent hotels in Hammonton, NJ.
